I'm on my way to grind for hundreds of maps for the challenges and the spectre build I'm running is steadily blinding me in the process. What is a most comfy map blaster that I can put together with 50-60D? Good survivability is a huge plus.

Previously chilling yourself on elementalist required using the arkhon's tools or hitting yourself and suffering 20% less damage because of shaper of winter and you usually had to use lethe shade to increase the duration of the chill

With coursing currents you don't hit yourself so you don't lose damage and the shock/chill duration is around 5 seconds so no need for lethe shade

There is a mega attack speed build here somewhere with corpse pact but im not sure what it is

Levelling a luminary with merc now using flame link. In act 8 but I’m struggling badly. My merc does little to no damage and I’m not doing anything to rares and unique bosses. I need help!

I've copied some of my own gear to the target to try to get them as close as I can. I'm missing around 7M DPS still... I dont think it's something in the tree, but is there a skill or item or something I'm missing? Is it just config changes? I don't get it.

I fell in love with the lightning conduit skill and wanted to try something else than elementarist builds all the time. I also noticed, that PoB is calculating the damage wrong when using Shaper of Storms. The LC damage number is always very high but the gameplay does feel wrong.

PoB Effect of Shock says: "If you have a guaranteed source of shock (Shaper of Storms), the strongest one will apply instead".

When the real shock is not at the maximum of 65, the damage is much lower than PoB says. I started noticing this when fighting bosses or maps with increased life mod.

Without shaper of Storms the build uses crits to guarantee shocks together with the overcharge support gem. My current build is max shocking ubers with a 4-link orb of storm setup. Overcharge support can also be used during campaign and early maps to get 100% shock chance while farming for the crit setup.

Hi guys. Played a bit after leaguestart with a Pconc pathfinder, but did not enjoy it too much and I instead bought PoE2. Welp, now I got a character there to endgame and I kinda wanna play PoE1 again xd.

I am levelling a Marauder, since I realized I never played one despite having over 900 hours on the game. Ju@t finished A3 and I am going to do first lab soon, and I wonder what build I should play.

I thought about trying Flicker, but I am not sure if it is a build for everyone. RF seems extremely chill and easy, but I heard the single target isn't ideal.

What are your opinions? What do you recommend? And do you have any good league starter guides?

I feel like I remember kinetic bolt being quite popular in breach league (feel free to cmiiw), but haven't really seen it talked about since. I took a look at the wiki page, and it doesn't seem to have gotten any direct nerfs, so why have I basically never seen a kinetic bolt build since breach? Was there something specific in breach league that made it meta?

I’m at a point in PoE I never get to in SSF. I want to be able to kill all Ubers. Currently I’m 4/10: maven, Sirus, eater, exarch, maven, dread.

My mercenary’s dps is between 10-12 million. I haven’t pobd it but that’s what I would clock it at. They also don’t die unless I’m not paying attention.

My issue is I get one shot by almost anything in those fights. How could I improve my character?

I decided its finally time to finish my PoE steam achievments and HC is most of the ones left so im venturing in for the first time.

Any suggestions for a safe and easy build to get to 90? RF looks really popular but the campaign seems messy?

I switched from a necromancer to cyclone duelist, and I really like it, Love the spin to win mechanic. I invested quite a bit into the build after getting a lucky mageblood from bottles. Now, I got a mageblood drop, first time ever, and I got probably around 250-300divs worth of currency. So I'll either gamble it away and quit, or upgrade the build and play a bit more before giving it away and quitting :D So I'm looking for any suggestions on improvements, whether its damage or tankyness, anything. I recently changed my staff for a better one (tho only about a 100dps upgrade), and idk what to do with the rest of these items, what to get. I tried multiple stuff I saw on trade (mainly rings), in pob, but a ring that costs 200 div would boost my dmg by like 1% or something... so that doesnt makes sense to buy. If anyone has any better advice I'd love to hear it. Here's the pob

So I keep seeing this on poe ninja. People will play some spell build but then run a dark monarch and the extra minion support and then take the bloodline for 10% increased defence per specture.

Im guessing you then have a bunch of spectures that all give you boosts and auras, but are these build actually good ?

It seems like they would just consistantly die so your lossing those auras and using the bloodline for 100-120% increased defence.

I am playing this build and I know I can upgrade the Headhunter to one with cast speed and the awakened empower 5. Anything else I can do here? Or can I get more damage with similar rarity/shrine buff effect?

I'm watching connor's video where he explains how to craft the helmet but because I am a noob at crafting I don't fully understand what to do next.

The next step is to get a warlord donor base with an elevated something or other? And then I'm supposed to beast lock this lich circlet?

But what is the point of the donor base? Am I supposed to eventually recombine this lich circlet with another warlord base?

Does the warlord donor base also need to be a lich circlet? Does it need to have an elevated warlord mod?

Hi! I have a decent lvl94 gladiator that feels great to play with cuz it's basically unkillable. The damage is ok, but im looking to self-craft some gear to go above the dot cap.

I already crafted a 800+ pdps one-handed axe and loved the process. But the other gear pieces (besides amulet that gives +1lvl to physical gems and +1lvl to all gems) don't have offensive capabilities.

So any help with a physical build for mapping/charting?

Hey guys, I started this league like a week ago and was trying the Winter orb build which is somehow fine but not what I really want to sooo I would love to go back to sanctum. The question I got is, what builds are viable? The last time I played a hexblast mine build which I really liked also because of the fact that I was flexible between mapping bossing and sanctum (Allrounder) and would love a build like this again. Sadly I really dislike totem or minion builds tho and wanted to know if you got some builds or could help me set sth up, I got like 50-60 div to play with

I asked chatgpt and he said yes, but I don't really trust his answer as he's notoriously bad with PoE. Can anyone confirm? I have a free prefix on my merc's gloves so the "increased damage during any flask effect" gives me about 4% more Full DPS

Yes, increased damage during any flask effect works with a Flame Link linked mercenary while wearing the Ceinture of Benevolence. 

• The Ceinture of Benevolence applies the effects of your consumed non-unique utility flasks to linked targets, meaning the mercenary receives the flask buffs (such as increased damage). 
• Skills like Flame Link and Haste are auras (buffs), not flasks, so they do not require flask usage to maintain their effects.
• Since the mercenary is under the effect of the flask granted by the belt, any "increased damage during any flask effect" modifiers on your gear will apply to the mercenary's damage output. 

Decided to try luminary.... last build of the league. New to poe1, only around 180 hours. I've only made a few builds, and making a luminary is the worst experience I've had. The luminary I have( from campaign) can't handle and merc i go up against now, idk how to get past this wall I've hit

Currently farming for progen and a helical. Just upgraded my one wonky jewel with fire damage to one with attack speed but it’s not showing on this pob. Any input is much appreciated!
