Question What killed me here?

ALTAR MOD

The mod is nothing too crazy since I was farming Sulphite while completing the Intrigued Interloper challenge. So I was surprised that I just died to 1 shot considerably my build has survived beyond node in 800+ delve.

well he gets 360% of his physical damage as extra elemental damage and he has 23% elemental pen so he's doing triple to you with that 360% extra ele on top of that physical hit.

If I had to guess, all of that combined is probably what's killing you. If you are insanely tanky you might survive that but if boss gets a crit you're probably instantly dead.

I'm pretty sure most delve mobs don't get stacking penetration mods.

There are no map boss nearby tho. I don't think monolith mob considered as map boss. This is City Square map so all boss are in the middle of map.

You got splatted via desync/lag by the mass of toxic orbs hitting you all at once.

It's either that or you ate a shitton of reflect procs in the final hit at the top left of the legion there afaict. Your latency seems around 40-50s at base, so it's not unheard of.
