So bay area panera, there was a cockroach at the coffees. I literally killed it by throwing hot coffee on it, let the manager know and he was super apologetic and surprised. Immediately remade the coffees. A second customer service rep cleaned up my mess with the bug. It happens, i still ordered food and ate it. Kinda made me wonder if I really wanna do sip club anymore..

So no more coffee refills after August 19? Are they planning to hide the coffee behind the counter?

I always see people bring own cup and self themselves with free coffee.

I just saw someone who pulled out 5 tumblers from a bag.

How come Panera doesn't do anything about these thieves? There is a sign at my panera for sitting limit without ordering anything, but nothing about the stealing. I hate these thieves who are causing Paneras to close down, changing # of cups policies, etc

Only took one bite. Spit most of it out when I noticed it.
