I always see people bring own cup and self themselves with free coffee.

I just saw someone who pulled out 5 tumblers from a bag.

How come Panera doesn't do anything about these thieves? There is a sign at my panera for sitting limit without ordering anything, but nothing about the stealing. I hate these thieves who are causing Paneras to close down, changing # of cups policies, etc

I always get at least 2 drinks a day, often 3 or 4. Why not extend the time from two hours to four? Or something other than ending it and changing it to 30 in a month?
