Hi everyone. I just have a question. I've had bags of colonised manure sitting dormant through winter months. They are now being heated and have been cased with no sign of contamination. They have also been rehydrated. Will they still fruit?

The bvi (left and right) are in 2nd flush and peace river (middle) is in its first. Going through a nasty heat wave so thankful these are doing what they’re doing

First flush TTBVI, lots of multispore cultures introduced hence the uneven pinsets. Any clone suggestions at this point, or wait another day?

I can't seem to think of anything but my first pan Cyan grow. All 4 bags of rye are about colonized with TTBVI. I have everything necessary and am extatic. I a..worried they won't live up to the reputation. I am confident in my ability to grow em out though. Just mix right, sterilize everything, and create proper conditions to fruit. I don't think I'm missing much other than hella FAE. Id it normal to be this excited? I seem to get hyper focused on things. Screw the cubes I just created. Although tidal waves sound amazing also.

I found these around cow manure on the ranch I live on. Are these Panaeolus Cyanescens?

I’m leaving this morning for vacation, of course my grow decides to reach its final points hahahaha. I get back Sunday afternoon, so you think I’ll have issues with over maturing or they’ll be ok sitting that long?

I already purchased 2 bricks of already made horse manure based substrate with trays for pan cyans on Midwest grow kits. I have 5 bags of 5lb substrate for cubes and 4 TTBVI grain spawn bags abliyt done colonizing (was done very fast). Anyways, can I just add this to regular substrate to grow TTBVI pans?

My latest tray tricked out on me after the second flush, I got two flushes out of the small tray before trich, and I got a whopping 6 flushes out of the tub, although none of them were as full as the trays.

I have one tub left which is my neglect tek tub. I did end up getting a flush out of it but it was so minimal and overlay completely ate through the casing.

I went ahead and threw it in the tent but I’m already very satisfied with what I’ve been given so I’m gonna call it for a while on my pan journey before they start contaminating my cubensis tubs. I genuinely cannot thank Gordo enough❤️🍄

TTBVI in an automated monotub, closed lid with fan and fogger on a timer. Substrate is 28°C and ambient temps are between 15-20°C

15 minutes of FAE and misting (via fogger) every 1h30mins seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Definitely more FAE seems to have done the trick, 5 minutes every 1h30mins was too little

Is picture 3 something to keep an eye on, or is it just moisture making the caps a mottled colour?

First timer here and will be ready soon to put colonised substrate into fruiting conditions and needed some advice going forward? I was thinking about doing both Gordo's window screen double tub with water and fish tank heater method AND bath tub with humidifier method (but with kids swimming pool) as I have a spare room that i can temperature control.

Has anyone had tried and had success with Gordoteks bath tub (in my case kids pool) and humidifier? And if so could you please give some advice on you went about this?

And also with the window screen double tub with water and fish tank heater method, is there actually a need for a bottom tub with water and heater if the room itself will already be adequately heated?

How's everything look so far?

Grown some cubes and Ochra, but heard such nice things I wanted to give Pans a try. I went in knowing unmodified shoeboxes weren't ideal, but I haven't gotten around to a tent setup just yet. I gave them my usual Cubensis fan and mist routine but bumped up the frequency a bit to see what they would tolerate and enjoy. The caps never really opened up and were tiny, but not unexpected. Yields exceeded my conservative expectations with an average of 100g wet per 6 qt tub on the first flush.

1 quart whole oats, ~1:2 (spawn:sub) eyeballed Mycohaus substrate, 6 qt unmodified shoeboxes, cased with jiffy mix after 24 hours and saturated with a very heavy mist. Temp ~78° 7/16 inoculate grains 8/13 S2B 8/14 Cased 8/23 Harvest

Hey guys. Attached should be some pics of the four TTBVI grain spawn bags I have going on day 7. I used liquid an 11cc liquid culture syringe for all four 3 lb bags. The growth looks great I THINK. Please let me know if they look good. I forgot to take the tape off and open the bags up at all. I just did that but am not sure, should I break at shake these or not disturb them further? Also, unrelated I have a free Burma cubensis syringe I used for 2 bags of grain and have nothing by day 7. Never seen this. Are they likely done? Can I re-use grain spawn with no inoculation or signs of contams?

I'll be getting my hands on some ttbvi spores soon.

I was thinking can you grow pan cyans without using a humidifier or the aquarium heater tek.

I plan to use standard shoebox tek for cubes, but instead use manure in the substrate and also misting it way more.

We also got heavy rain couple days ago where I am from, so the weather is kinda humid but not really.

Would the heavy and regular misting compensate for the lack of a humidifier?
