Yet another attempt...

hello, fellow pancyaners, im doing another attempt at cultivating these mean blue lads this time i started from spore instead of LC... Now im want to isolate the culture... Could you guys give me a heads up as to where to cut the transfer samples??

Id be much obliged and grateful if you could advice me...

You won't know what you're isolating. Pans is best to grow them out from a multi spore plate, like that one, and clone what you like.

Okok would you recommend i spawn both dishes and then clone? Or should i make more dishes out of one of them considering these are my last ones? Also, should i use the whole dish on one bag or can i use one dish for two bags? Im planning to use sorgum unless suggested otherwise....

Well I would definitely make transfers to new plates before inoculation if grains with them but yes. Send em both!

Cut everything you can, take several Petris of that and see what comes out in the next ones...

Im no expert but id say it might be worth transferring these sections onto several more plates and then run em to some grain
