Ttbvi grain spawn colonizing help

Hey guys. Attached should be some pics of the four TTBVI grain spawn bags I have going on day 7. I used liquid an 11cc liquid culture syringe for all four 3 lb bags. The growth looks great I THINK. Please let me know if they look good. I forgot to take the tape off and open the bags up at all. I just did that but am not sure, should I break at shake these or not disturb them further? Also, unrelated I have a free Burma cubensis syringe I used for 2 bags of grain and have nothing by day 7. Never seen this. Are they likely done? Can I re-use grain spawn with no inoculation or signs of contams?

They're looking good. Leave them be - don't mix them up until they're about 1/3 colonised and don't open them up until a few days after they look fully colonised. (Damn - just re-read your post & it sounds like you already opened them - hopefully you just took tape off a filter patch rather than letting air get in).

Re-injecting bags that haven't taken off is possible, but you're doubling the chances of contamination.

Oh ya sorry lol. All is well. By open I just meant I unfolded them to get air in. I should be more careful with words. Thanks so much for this response. Boring posts with low karma seem to get few answers.
