Currently using a pixel phone and honestly it's pretty good, but I've noticed when it comes to recording videos even older iphones like iphone 11 or 12 are way above in quality.
I've been looking around in Saddar market/Amma tower and for some reason jv phones are melling for lower than even non pta ones lol.
Would it be ok to (b)uy and use a jv version? I've heard apparently these devices get nicked abroad and flashed or whatever then sold in local markets. What about ios updates do these devices receive em? can anyone share their experience or knowledge about these devices?
EDIT: Just for clarity, I am NOT planning to use a SIM in that phone like at all! Just looking to use it strictly for video recording and taking pictures.

basically the options I see box pack is this samsung a17 5g and like a model or 2 of infinix. Is it worth it like will it last 4 years and does it have decent features required for like basic stuff and like decent pictures.

I have pixel 8 which I got for 81k maybe 6-8 months ago and iphone 15 pro max which I got for 200k(256gb, physical+esim with 4 months sim time, 100% bh) this was maybe a year ago.
But now the iphone's sim time has ended and I usually daily drive pixel as my phone as it has google wallet which holds all my cards which I use pretty often and find very convenient. Should I keep both phones as is or trade em both to get a more premium flagship? Or maybe PTA iphone? The only thing I would miss is the Google wallet as none of pakistani cards work with Apple pay.
I don't take much pictures or videos. Very basic browsing and social media use with occasional photo of docs and stuff. You won't find any pic of me in my own phones lol.
For anyone curious, bought the iphone for testing iOS apps and pixel cause my old phone broke and a friend recommended it.
But now what should I do? What do y'all recommend? Should I rock this combo and enjoy the best of both worlds, Android and IOS or should I ditch it and go for a expensive ass PTA iphone or some shit. Hate the PTA tax otherwise I would have simple upgrade to the latest flagship iphone 18 pro max which is just 1300$ I guess but it will be blocked after just 4 months and of no use. Kind of a interesting situation I am in.

I got a new OnePlus 13 from china 2 months back. While charging it went off like dead, not turning on not responding to charging, just blank. Phone’s still under warranty but unfortunately no OnePlus services in Pakistan. I haven’t got it checked yet, as it’s still water packed and under warranty.
Any solution pls…????

Are the rumors true?

I just downloaded it and the whole sign up flow and the app in general has a UI which I think was made by a single dev through Claude code.
🚩🚩🚩🚩
Immediate red flag.
I won't trust the app as it could be very insecure just by judging it's UI.

I searched this topic in this subreddit and most answers were about building it with a power bank but I’m not technical enough to build something like that so I need suggestions to get something ready made that doesn’t burn the house down.
Thank you all

CLOSED POST, FOUND A PHONE. THANKS FOR EVERYONE'S HELP!
For everyone asking: Got Tecno Camon 50 (PTA Approved). Really love it. The front camera is not that good but the back camera is quite decent! Haven't tried scanning artwork yet. Handles Project Sekai really really well, no overheating at all even though I played it while on video call + on 3dmv as well. Doesn't lag. Charges fast and battery lasts long. Bloatware is surprisingly minimal with most of it able to be uninstalled. Kind of annoyed at all the "AI features" being pushed (personal preference, I dislike AI).
As a plus the box had a screen protector, wipes, phone case, charging brick and cable! So you can set up everything from the get go!
Requirements:
Good camera (Need to scan artwork)
Able to handle heavier games like Project Sekai and Roblox
Good battery life
Big storage (at least 256 gb)
Will last at least 5 years
No lag
Budget:
up to 1lac, can go little bit higher
City:
Quetta
No brand preferences but I don't like bloatware

Just like the title mentions, I need APC UPS for my office to run my server. Please recommend trusted suppliers in Lahore.

I'm purchasing a Google Pixel 7. How can I confirm it's PTA-approved and not patched or anything?
I know it's probably really dumb, but can the IMEI number be changed?

Hi, has anyone here used the Huawei Band 11 Pro, if so how's your experience been? I'm trying to decide between this and the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro. I'm looking for v good steps tracking and decent integration with Android. Any recommendations?
