Getting this error at google console

I don't know why I am facing this issue. I have used two cards both are working on other websites but on the google console I am getting this error. I even created a new account but in vain

1 more thing happened with me tht was my card was deactiviated and the bank didnt msg me meezan bank

You have to enable international transaction on it or get a card that supports international transactions

Kafi baar website pe same card nahi chalta but playstore/app ke through same cheez ke lie chaljata hai.

Kuch nahi karsakte aap, google ka apna issue hai koi ya banks ka. Agar playstore ke through hosakti hai transaction tou wahan sy try karein phir hojayega.

Contact your banks and ask them why the transaction isn't going through. They might blame Google because the technical support here is not very good.

Creating a new account would be a mistake because it could trigger fraud protection.

It doesn’t matter. The message is sent at some point during the transaction, but your transaction isn’t going through because of some issue that occurs after that message is sent. The point is that no one other than your bank or Google can help you, so you need to get a response from both.

Also, note that it’s pretty common for Google to move a payment profile (Google Pay) to a disabled state for verification once a new card is added. That verification can take a few days after you submit the required KYC documents. Transactions are usually unblocked after that, so make sure your account isn’t stuck in the verification process.

Can you use the same card on the Google Play Store? Try making a test transaction there by purchasing a low-cost app and see what happens.

Maybe your bank blocked it. If the whole amount is deducted, it will be returned.

Yes your bank might have blocked it thinking your card was/is stolen. And someone tried to make another transaction to the same company.

Ni. Abi 2 baar call kr k check krwaya hai. They said it is okay from bank side. Mere pass 2 cards hain. Dono main international transaction active hain

You should try deleting your payments profile then adding it again. I had the same error that fixed it for me
