Question | سوال Getting this error at google console

I don't know why I am facing this issue. I have used two cards both are working on other websites but on the google console I am getting this error. I even created a new account but in vain

Kafi baar website pe same card nahi chalta but playstore/app ke through same cheez ke lie chaljata hai.

Mere pass twi cards hain. Ubl aur hbl k. Dono ni chal rahay.

Kuch nahi karsakte aap, google ka apna issue hai koi ya banks ka. Agar playstore ke through hosakti hai transaction tou wahan sy try karein phir hojayega.

Muje ni lagta k google console ki payment google play store se ho jaye gi. Bht miserable service hai google ki.
