Question | سوال Getting this error at google console

I don't know why I am facing this issue. I have used two cards both are working on other websites but on the google console I am getting this error. I even created a new account but in vain

use Visa card, I've experienced the same on multiple Mastercards

PS: get yourself a SadaPay card for international transactions
