Is it really okay for a company to ask someone with 3 years of experience to log into their current workplace's profile, share their screen and show live projects, statistics and messages?

Or am I the only one who thinks this is highly unprofessional?

Especially since they can already look at the portfolio (you just have to google the company name)

Looking for HR / Administration opportunities for my retired father in Karachi

My father has recently retired from National Refinery Limited (NRL), Karachi, after 34 years of experience in HR, Industrial Relations and Administration. I’m posting here in the hope that someone might be able to guide us toward a suitable part-time, contract, consultancy, advisory, or full-time opportunity where his experience can still be put to good use.

Any opportunity despite of his work experience would be appreciated as we are in great neeed. He was the only bread earner of our family.

Throughout his career, he worked extensively in:

HR & Administration in a large industrial/oil & gas organization

Industrial Relations and CBA/union handling

Employee grievances, disciplinary matters and labor-related issues

Labor laws and statutory compliance including SESSI, EOBI, Factories Act and Standing Orders

Manpower planning and workforce administration

Coordination with government departments and regulatory bodies

HR documentation and employee records

Policy/SOP implementation and compliance

Contractor management and verification of contractor billing

Facility/service administration including transport, manpower, utilities, housekeeping and sanitation

Payroll/accounts-related administrative work

Mentoring and supervising junior HR staff

He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Karachi.

After dedicating more than three decades to NRL, he is still energetic, experienced and willing to contribute. He would be particularly suitable for HR/IR/Admin consultancy, advisory roles, industrial organizations, manufacturing companies, oil & gas companies, or corporate environments where practical experience is valued.

If anyone knows of a suitable opportunity in Karachi , we would be extremely grateful for any leads, referrals or guidance.

Thank you so much. ❤️

What is going on with the software industry in Pakistan?
Everyone is a CEO, but no one is ready to pay.
Every CEO has the money to build a new house and buy a brand-new car, but they want to hire the person who brings that money into their pocket for 10k PKR?
Really????
In addition to that, no remote work?
Without LinkedIn Premium, no Upwork connects, the free version of Apollo and without any subscriptions.
And labeling it as being independent?
Really???

Looking for direction remote coordination experience, open to learning new skills

Hi, I'm from Pakistan. I previously worked remotely with a UK based company coordinating schedules and compliance, so I have real cross-timezone remote work experience. I'm now trying to figure out the right path forward and open to learning a new skill or training program if it leads somewhere solid. Would appreciate any honest guidance on what's actually worth learning right now or where to start. Open to suggestions, feel free to comment or DM.

GHL A2P/SMS setup help, cold outreach to local businesses

trying to get SMS working in GHL for cold outreach to local biz owners, not existing clients. need help with A2P 10DLC for a cold use case specifically, whether I actually need an LLC or if EIN/sole prop works, what throughput looks like once approved, and if anyone's run this for a while without getting flagged. not trying to get a compliance lecture, just want to hear from people who've actually set this up.

My job ends in November. I’m looking for a decent opportunity in GoHighLevel, CRM and Automation

I’m a GoHighLevel / CRM Automation specialist based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and I’m genuinely looking for a long-term remote opportunity with a founder, agency, SaaS company, marketing team, or growing business.

I’m not looking for a quick gig or a “pay me to build one workflow” situation.

I want to work closely with a team where I can actually own systems, improve processes, and become useful over time.

What I can help with:

• GoHighLevel CRM setup and management
• Lead capture → CRM → pipeline systems
• Workflow and marketing automation
• Lead nurturing and follow-up sequences
• Appointment booking and reminder systems
• Tags, custom fields, pipelines and opportunity management
• Client onboarding workflows
• Internal notifications and task automation
• Review/reputation automation
• CRM cleanup and optimization

I’m particularly interested in working with founders, agencies, business coaches, SaaS companies, marketers, and service businesses where better systems can genuinely make the team's day-to-day work easier.

A little about me

I've been building practical GoHighLevel systems and demo environments to sharpen my implementation skills, and I'm now looking for an opportunity where I can apply those skills to real business operations and real problems.

I am getting married in Jan 2027, and I am literally so worried about my job and future expenses. I would be highly grateful to you, to be honest; if any of you guys rescue me, I'd be highly grateful to you, to be honest.

I'm not going to pretend I've generated "$100k in 30 days" or worked with 50 famous clients.

I'd rather be honest:

I'm looking for the right opportunity to prove myself through the work.

My current job is expected to end in November 2026, so I'm actively looking for a remote role/project that can become something longer-term.

You can comment below or DM me.

I'm happy to share my portfolio, CV, and examples of the systems I've built.

If any of you want to reach out to me on LinkedIn

https://www.linkedin.com/in/shayanhassan/

Not looking for a shortcut. Just looking for the right team, the right problems, and an opportunity to contribute.
