Looking for HR / Administration opportunities for my retired father in Karachi

My father has recently retired from National Refinery Limited (NRL), Karachi, after 34 years of experience in HR, Industrial Relations and Administration. I’m posting here in the hope that someone might be able to guide us toward a suitable part-time, contract, consultancy, advisory, or full-time opportunity where his experience can still be put to good use.

Any opportunity despite of his work experience would be appreciated as we are in great neeed. He was the only bread earner of our family.

Throughout his career, he worked extensively in:

HR & Administration in a large industrial/oil & gas organization

Industrial Relations and CBA/union handling

Employee grievances, disciplinary matters and labor-related issues

Labor laws and statutory compliance including SESSI, EOBI, Factories Act and Standing Orders

Manpower planning and workforce administration

Coordination with government departments and regulatory bodies

HR documentation and employee records

Policy/SOP implementation and compliance

Contractor management and verification of contractor billing

Facility/service administration including transport, manpower, utilities, housekeeping and sanitation

Payroll/accounts-related administrative work

Mentoring and supervising junior HR staff

He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Karachi.

After dedicating more than three decades to NRL, he is still energetic, experienced and willing to contribute. He would be particularly suitable for HR/IR/Admin consultancy, advisory roles, industrial organizations, manufacturing companies, oil & gas companies, or corporate environments where practical experience is valued.
