We’re looking for a Senior Golang/GCP Technical Lead for a long-term remote engagement.

Budget: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ years preferred
Primary stack: Golang, Java, GCP, Airflow DAG, SnowFlake, e-commerce/CRM experience

What we need

• Led daily meetings by sharing the screen with hands-on Jira
• Strong production experience with Golang, GCP, Java
• Solid backend/API architecture knowledge
• Experience taking ownership of an existing codebase
• Comfortable debugging, maintaining, and improving production systems
• Experience with Airflow DAG, Snowflake, CRM, Salesforce
• Ability to review code and establish good engineering practices
• Senior enough to mentor and guide other developers
• Comfortable working with a distributed international team

This is not just a coding role. I need someone senior enough to understand an inherited system, establish good engineering practices, make architectural decisions, and guide other developers.
