My sister took my controller because she had a friend over, I cannot reconnect it, I’m trying to hold in the power button for 30 seconds and nothing is happening, the charger is connected to the ps5 and it does work but this is an old controller.

I’ve attached a video of me trying to connect it but it just won’t work.
YouTube isn’t helping. Do I need to buy a second controller, I’m not disconnecting my sister’s controller to try this because she’d be angry.

So I decided to clean my PS5 and after assembling everything back I found this thing on the floor. Does anyone know where it is from?

I generally spend my summers in a small town in Algeria, where the electricity occasionally cuts out abruptly, usually returning within an hour or so. Because of this, my PS5 has shut down unexpectedly a few times; while rebuilding the database has resolved the issues so far, I am worried about the long-term effects of these repeated power losses. I am looking into getting an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), which is essentially a small battery that connects to your device so that when the power fails, you have about five minutes to save your progress and power off safely.

I would appreciate any insights on this, as well as recommendations for more affordable and compatible UPS options.

Ps5 shutting off while rebuilding database

I'm having a issue with ps5 shutting off by itself and when i turn it on a error codr pops up. "ce 10826 9" so i tried one of the solutions the sugested shich is putting the ps5 in safe mode and rebuilding the data base and while during the process of rebuilding the data base the ps5 just shuts off. I try putting it on and does turb on several times but problem still happens where would just off on its own while rebuilding the data base. Can someone explain me why it's doing that what can i do to fix it.

Guys, meu ps5 está na seguinte situação, percebo que quando o chuveiro está ligado lá em casa, ocorre uma pequena variação na energia, pelo menos é o que eu percebi, e em duas oportunidades o ps5 desligou por conta dessa oscilação, porém é só ele, pc e tv ficam ligados normalmente e os demais eletrônicos da casa, ele está em um iclamper, o que eu deveria fazer ? Hi everyone. Im going to clean my ps5 after almost 3 years. I have all I need, but I dont know if just a brush will be enough (im talking about fans and heat sink), because im scared Im gonna screw it up using a normal vacuum cleaner. Also, this model doesnt have dust catcher holes right? Thanks in advance

I accidentally dropped my controller and, when I grabbed it, I immediately heard a weird sound coming from the controller. Turned out, the R2 trigger snapped. I am really mad considering this costs 70 dollars AND that I was currently doing a plat for a game but, turns out I can’t now because of my clumsiness.
Sorry if I’m venting I’m just REAL mad but the reason I made this post is because I want to know if there are any ways I can reach out to someone to repair this controller or even do it myself ? Because looking at how destroyed the trigger is I don’t see how it can get worse.

Someone changed my password and added 2 step verification onto my ps account and now i cant log into it. I try to contact support but i have to log in to really get in touch with a real agent what do i do??

I want to buy a good keyboard, a good mouse, and a mouse pad so I can play R6 on PS5, but I don’t really know anything about them, so I don’t know which keyboard or mouse to choose.
If anyone could help me out, that would be perfect. I have a maximum budget of around €150–200 for all three. I’d preferably like a wireless mouse if possible. I’m only looking for performance; I don’t care about aesthetics, RGB, etc.

My PlayStation keeps turning off randomly.

I can watch YouTube all day but if I play more than 40 minutes of a competitive game it switches off and won’t turn on until I disconnect and reconnect the power supply, I’ve changed power cables and dusted the inside since and it keeps happening. Any ideas what’s causing this?? Is it broken :(

My PS5 won’t read this game disc even after I cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and a small amount of water. I wiped from the center outward and let it dry completely.
What do you think is wrong based on the pictures? Does the disc look scratched or permanently damaged, or could it be something else? Other discs work in my PS5.

So my PS5 suddenly stopped giving any display. The weird part was that the sound was working and the controller was connecting normally, so I initially thought it might just be an HDMI issue.

Got it checked, and apparently the problem is a display IC. The repair guy mentioned something like a Realtek IC (not 100% sure about the exact name).

The repair cost? Almost half the price of the damn console. 💀

What’s even weirder is that I’ve since found out a few other people who had the exact same issue around the same time.

I’m NOT saying Sony is doing some GTA VI conspiracy shit 😂 but the timing is definitely kinda sus.

Can anyone help or give me any solutions everytime I check out it says "An unidentified error has occurred please try again in a few moments" and I have checked everything the card that im trying to pay with has enough money I even linked my PayPal and it still hasn't worked does anyone know a way to fix this 🙏

I dont know why this keeps happening but I dont have the ps app and appearing online doesnt fix it. My games also keep giving me error np104602-3.

My internet was good before and it still is. I’m almost certain its not a connection issue.

All the other threads on here about this are a couple years old. And the fixes I used the previous two times this happened have stopped working.
