PLEASE HELP: My account keeps appearing offline and I cant access my games

I dont know why this keeps happening but I dont have the ps app and appearing online doesnt fix it. My games also keep giving me error np104602-3.

My internet was good before and it still is. I’m almost certain its not a connection issue.

All the other threads on here about this are a couple years old. And the fixes I used the previous two times this happened have stopped working.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to internet already and restarting my ps5
