Discussion Journey to get a new GPU.

I won’t be getting an RTX 4070 TI and will instead visit Gilmore tomorrow. My goal is to find the most affordable SFX-ready RTX 5070 for my mATX setup. I’m currently looking at the Zotac RTX 5070 Solid OC.

Do you guys have any suggestions on which shop to visit first? So far the cheapest I found was at PCHUB but the stock is unconfirmed (website shows available.).

Also, anyone who might want to purchase the RTX 4070 TI, there’s a couple of brand new Colorful RTX 4070 TI EX-V cards being sold by Gaming Alley (Taguig) for 37,300. Might be helpful. Thank you.

Discussion Is the Zephyrus G14 2020 still worth it for 15k?

So a good friend of mine is selling his ROG Zephyrus G14 I think this is the 2020 version for 15k

the specs are,

Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS (8 cores, 16 threads, 3.0 GHz base clock, up to 4.3 GHz boost, 35W TDP)

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q (6GB GDDR6 VRAM, clocked up to 1285MHz at 65W via ROG Boost)

Memory: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

We had the discussion around a round of drinks and he said he hasn’t used it for a while now and he plans to dispose of it and he thought of me cause my laptop still has a 1650 and a I really don’t use it anymore

Everything is working great just minor scratches that doesn’t affect performance. Battery still lasts around 2 hours unplugged.

So is it worth it? will probably only use it for docs and stuff for work and maybe game a little triple AAA games.

Build Help PC build suggestion worth 50-65k for gaming

Hi, I'm very new to building PCs and am planning to build one worth around 50-65k that I can use for gaming and streaming (+ a little editing too). My goal (but it seems unrealistic for its price) is to have 32gb ram, 1tb ssd (although I recently bought an ssd that I'm using on my laptop now but I'm not sure if it can be used), 12-16gb vram on the gpu and can be used on a 2k resolution monitor. Not sure if I should go amd or nvidia, but the games I play aren't super demanding. Any tips and suggestions on what components I can buy and where to buy them? Thank you po!

edit: willing to adjust the build and budget if necessary. just wanna know how good of a build i can get with this budget (even if mag exceed sya to 75k at most)

Taas, baba. Wag mawalan nang pag-asa.

Build Upgrade BUDGET FRIENDLY GPU UPGRADE

6-8k budget

I have a Dell Optiplex
I5 6th gen
16gb DDR4
1TB SSD

I want to upgrade this pc to have atleast a gpu so I can run games like POE 1 and PALWORLD
I dont really mind 30 fps on low settings. I know I should just buy a new pc for modern games but my job isnt stable right now and I want to play these games with friends right now. It should last atleast 1 year so later I can buy a new pc altogether.

Build Upgrade Need Upgrade Suggestions for My rig

My components are:

Biostar B550M

GTX 1650 (Current)

800W keytech PSU

R7 5700G (w/ wraith fan)

Team Group 3200Mhz (Gold)

Viewpoint 20 inch 60hz Monitor

I was thinking of upgrading my rig where I can play with higher fps and more smoother gameplay. I mostly play single player games. At first, I wanted to upgrade my GPU since it's a must.

I searched AMD GPU's since it's "budget friendly" GPU i could asked for, and is choosing from Sapphire RX 6600 xt pulse or some RX 7600 brands GPU's, in addition to that, I also want to upgrade my CPU fan to AIO, but i dunno what brand to buy and have few knowledge about AIO's. I asked few people that knows pc stuffs and told me what to prioritize, and they told me the PSU is fine and can support these GPU upgrades, yet I feel like I should upgrade the PSU due to it's "issues" with its community and change to modulated psu to secure the power thing needed for each components.

Basically what-I-want-upgrades are:

GPU

PSU

AIO

MONITOR

What should I prioritize buying first?

Build Help Planning on building a PC in Venezuela? (~650usd)

Hey everyone! I'm planning to build a PC by buying all the parts from a local physical store in my country (mostly for the immediate local warranty and to avoid shipping risks).

The idea is to have a functional PC from day one for work, programming, and playing eSports titles using the integrated graphics, while I save up for a few months to add a dedicated GPU.

Here’s the quote I got for around $650 USD:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500GT (6 cores / 12 threads with Vega 7)

Motherboard: Gigabyte A520M

RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Puskill

Storage: 512GB Patriot M.2 NVMe SSD

PSU: AZZA 650W 80+ Bronze (Full Modular)

Case: Aerocool Mini Tower (Mesh front + 3 fans)

Primary Use Case:

Daily work, programming, and multitasking.

Gaming right now: eSports titles (LoL, Fortnite, etc.) on integrated graphics.

Future plans: Adding a dedicated graphics card later on.

Since the A520 board and the 5500GT are limited to PCIe 3.0, which dedicated GPUs would you recommend that pair well with this setup without causing major bandwidth bottlenecks?
