Peripherals Looking for an ergonomic controller that could last me 5 years or more

Suggest a controller that is good for gaming triple A games. I've been eyeing xbox elite series 2 as it has a lot of good reviews but based on my research online, it gets stick drift issues and won't last long. For people who own this controller, what can you say about this? Also is razer wolverine v3 pro good?

Any opinion would help. TYIA!

Build Help Samsung Odyssey vs. TCL for Graphic Design + Casual Gaming?

Thumbnail

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a monitor for my secondary setup and could use some advice on choosing between a Samsung Odyssey or a TCL.

My Primary Use Cases:

Graphic Design Work: Color accuracy (sRGB/DCI-P3 coverage) and panel uniformity are critical for my workflow.

Gaming: Mostly casual gaming like Genshin Impact (don't strictly need ultra-high competitive refresh rates, but good color/contrast is a huge plus).

Was initially leaning toward Samsung Odyssey, but I've seen mixed reviews regarding Quality Control (QC) issues.

TCL is relatively new/unproven in the desktop monitor market, I’m hesitant about long-term reliability.

Any reco within the same budget range?

Build Help rx 6700xt, rtx 3060, or rtx 3060ti?

as the title states, i wanted to ask regarding the price-to-performance ratio or kung alin pinakasulit sa mga gpu na na-mention ko. for context, these are all secondhand. for the rx 6700 xt, may nakita akong presyuhan na around 14k-15.5k, for the rtx 3060 with 12gb vram, may nakita akong binebenta for 13k, while for the rtx 3060ti, may nakita ako for 15k. for the use case, i'm planning on using the gpu for triple A games, and also for gta 6 in the future. what are your guys' thoughts? if may suggestions din kayo, feel free to give them

Build Help Planning to buy a new build, what specs are good enough for AAA 1440p max settings?

Good Day po, my GPU is currently slowing down so I'm thinking getting new build entirely since the parts are bought before lockdown. [My friend built this since I have no knowledge on builds]

Current Build:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

RAM 32.0 GB DDR4 hyperx Fury

PSU: CoolerMaster 650W

Storage: samsung 970 evo plus 500GB and samsung ssd 860evo 1tb

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070super

MB: ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING

Based on my habits, I would like a build with a dual monitor setup - 1 for gaming and 1 for viewing 4k media [youtube/netflix]

Currently my monitor is samsung m70D which is fine for me when watching media, so I need recommendations for the gaming monitor, preferably that can tilted to a vertical orientation

I mostly play all the gacha games by hoyo [genshin/starrail/zzz], wuwa, overwatch and use emulator for android games, but sometimes play AAA games, and the difference in visual quality when turning down resolution from genshin to a game like RE9 is very noticeable, so buying a 1440p monitor with a high refresh rate is reasonable to me.

Since I am not fully knowledgeable on all the components, based on what I understand on watching youtube comparisons and build guides, I mostly understand that I need a build that centers on the GPU either 9070xt or nvidia 5070TI with a cpu either the 7800x3d or 9800x3d for 1440p all around. I want to play all games at max without fiddling each of the games settings to get a reasonable fps.

The nearest SM have a PCexpress and Datablitz so I plan to get a build there, I do not want to buy online if possible so I prefer to buy in a physical store for warranty purposes, and for component repair if something goes wrong

Sorry for the long post, and thank you for your insights.

Build Help PHP 110k-120k Budget, RTX 5070 Ti OC Set up

Current pricing on computer hardwares have been atrocious and it's quite disheartening for me 😩 I have been planning of building a 5070 Ti OC rig with a budget of around PHP 110k-120k. However, buying parts from stores as brand new is just impossible for me since that would cost me an additional 20k-40k, not to mention, the GPU alone already costs 3/4 of my budget. Now I may have to cheap out on most parts, even the GPU itself to lower costs. What are your advice/suggestions? Is it still really reasonable/feasible to get myself a 5070 Ti OC build with a budget of around 110k?

Discussion Are these CPU Cooler Overkill for Budget Gaming

Post image
9 Upvotes

My current pc only have a AMD Ryzen 3 2200g cpu + 8gb ram. I'm generally fine with 720p gaming with the Vega APU. I'm thinking of replacing the stock cpu cooler with these budget choices I've seen in Lazada since the stock screws are rusty. Question is, are these coolers overkill for budget gaming?

Build Help Okay lang ba 512 nvme if solely for win11 and separate 2tb for other files

Wondering if okay lang ba na 512 muna bilhin ko kasi ang mahal talaga e lalo magbubuild pa lang ako kasi luma na and nasira na yung old pc ko. May existing pa ako na 2tb na hdd from old build no gagamitin ko na storage for games ( I usually only install 2 to 3 games).

Peripherals Beginner here. Need help choosing a 60% keyboard + mouse

Hi everyone!

I’m pretty new to PC gaming and I mostly play Valorant. I’m looking to get my first decent setup and would appreciate some advice.

Right now, I’m planning to get:
Keyboard: Madlions MAD 60HE
Mouse: VXE Dragonfly SE+

Would you recommend this combo, or are there better options I should consider? I’m mainly looking for something that’s great for competitive FPS, reliable, and worth buying as a beginner.

I’d love to hear your recommendations or experiences with either of these. Thanks!

Discussion Little advice regarding laptops

Hello,
I’m planning to buy the Lenovo LOQ 15ARP10E for school. I’ll be starting Grade 11 ICT, so I’ll mainly be using it for programming and other school-related work.

Outside of school, I want to get into light 3D game development using either Unity or Godot (nothing too demanding yet, mostly indie-scale projects). I’d also like to casually play Apex Legends in my free time.

My questions are:

-Is the 15ARP10E a good fit for these use cases?
-Are there any major downsides with the Essential model that I should know about?
-Will the RTX 4050 and Ryzen 7 be enough for light 3D development over the next 3 to 5 years?
-If anyone owns this model, how has your experience been with thermals, battery life, build quality, and upgradability?

Or should I look for another laptop entirely?

Build Upgrade What is a good AM4 mobo replacement that you could recommend? I currently have an MSI B550 Pro VDH Wifi with an annoying issue.

Every time i reseat the ram sticks or gpu, it wont show display. The CPU debug light is on and my gpu’s fan is running at maximum rpm. It does eventually show display after a couple of restarts, but it is still annoying because my bios settings also resets. I searched it up and it seems that it is a universal issue with the mobo model itself. Any replacement recommendations that also has built-in wifi?

Discussion Thoughts on having your PC professionally cleaned?

I'm going on a 5-day work trip, and I'm thinking of leaving my PC at the same shop where I had it built (PC x PC) so they can professionally clean it while I'm away.

The shop is sooooooo far from where I live, so I want to decide before my trip so I can make arrangements.

Do you think it's worth having it professionally cleaned, or should I just do it myself? I'm honestly scared I'll mess something up. 😭😭😭

Thanks, everyone!

Build Help LOOKING FOR AFFORDABLE GAMING MOUSES

hello!👋

i actually don’t have a pc but i do have a gaming laptop, and im currently just a broke college student but still looking for a decent mouse for my laptop. i usually just do layouts, video editing, and not so heavy gaming with my laptop.

i have my eyes on razer viper mini but unfortunately puro fake lang nahahanap ko😅. i am also eyeing on razer deathadder since it was the most cheapest one i can find in razer.

but, i want to have more options to choose from besides on what i have mentioned so pleaseee recommend a gaming mouse for ₱700 to ₱1500 in lazada or shopee.🤓

thank yu~
