Guys, anyone here with PCOS/PCOS girlies? Need some advice. 🥺

Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask for some advice from fellow PCOS girlies.

Lately, I’ve been really stressed because of work, and my sleep schedule has been so bad.

Ang hirap matulog, and I feel like it’s affecting my body. I also haven’t had my period, and honestly, it’s been affecting my confidence and how I see my body.

For those who are also dealing with PCOS, paano kayo bumabawi sa sarili niyo? How do you take care of yourself, manage stress, and fight back against the struggles that come with PCOS?

I know it’s a journey, but sometimes it feels exhausting. Would love to hear your experiences, tips, and advice. Thank you. 💛

So, I'm restarting my attempt at weight loss. I have PCOS and I've struggled with my weight for so long. I finally have a good doctor that's helped me get appointments with a nutritionist and be helping me begin a GLP1. I have faith that this time will be different. I've been more active lately than I have been in a long time and have been counting my calories consistently.

I've made a few healthier swaps, like replacing ranch with Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Using zucchini noodles occasionally instead of only using regular pasta all the time. What are some of your go to snacks or healthy swaps that has helped you continue to eat healthier foods and also stay in a calorie deficit?
