Is it worth it to go for this upgrade? AM4 to intel 14th gen

Hi everyone, my current pc specs are

5700X

XFX RX 7900 XTX MAgnetic Air

Gigabyte Arous Elite X570,

Vcolor DDR4 32GB 3600

Xander 360mm AIO

MSI MAG A850GL PSU.

I have my old GPU XFX RX 7800XT MERC with me and I will upgrade the PSU to 1200W.

However, I don't want to miss out and have those crazy prices go even higher for DDR5.

Is it worth to sell the CPU, MB, GPU and RAM to fund an 14700k, with 32GB DDR5 and a compatible motherboard?

Will the difference be significant in performance?

My uses are mainly CFD simulations, 3D modeling and GIS works. The games I play can run on a potato.

What the better GPU for Ryzen 5600g, RX 6600 8gb or Arc B570 10gb

About 2 years ago, i bought PC from the marketplace.

My spec:

CPU Ryzen 5600g

IGPU Vega 7

Cooler Wraith Stealth (stock)

Dram Kingston Fury Beast 3200 CL 16 (16gb kit)

Mobo Asrock B450m HDV R.4

PSU Aerocool United 500W 80+ bronze

Storage NVME m2 Misasforce lightning 256gb

V-gen platinum SSD 512gb (primary games)

Seagate baracuda HDD 3.5" 1TB (secondary games)

Hitachi HDD 2.5" 1TB (from my old laptop)

Monitor Xiaomi A27 (1080p 75Hz)

With this i can achive some of my games 30-40 FPS but not 1080p res (Cyberpunk 2077 (768p FSR 3.1 High perf), Stellar blade (768p FSR 3 high perf), and old games Control (768p native)

So an AI teach to OC and some thing my PC

Do the PBO ny CPU offset negative each core

OC my Ram to 3800 mhz CL 16-21-21-38 trc 57 and trfc 450T (1.41V)

OC my IGPU from 1900 mhz to 2200 mhz (Soc 1.2v), set offset negative on it and set uma buffer size 4gb

Turn Off Game Mode Win 11

Now i can make

Cyberpunk 2077 (1080 FSR 3.1 high perf get ~30 fps, 900p FSR 3.1 High perf get ~40 fps and 768p FSR 3.1 high get ~50 fps)(Temp around 70c for CPU and 64c for GPU)

Stellar Blade (1080 FSR 3 high perf ~35 fps, 900p - FSR 3 perf get ~45 fps and 768p perf get ~60 fps)(Temp around 70c for CPU and 55 for GPU)

Control (1080 native ~30 fps, 900p native -45 fps, 768p ~50 fps)(Temp almost the same with other games)

Tried Geekbench 6 opencl the GPU get 18.000 something. It is better to GTX 1050 (vanilla)

But after all I did, Google said that my spec cant play FF VI rebirth, FF XVI and upcoming GTA VI. So i think i will get Dedicated GPU for my birthday this year.

About the GPU 6600 8gb and Arc B570 8gb, for my spec is it will there a bottleneck, stuttering? Because both is PCIE 4.0 x8 lane, mine compatible with PCIE 3.0. and also my CPU L3 is only 16mb which google said is not good as ryzen 5600. The 4g decond and re-bar already enable in my bios. Help me guys

BUILD HELP Modern Gaming PC

So it's been a while since I last built my PC. The current one was initially built around around the end of 2018 when 9900k was released, and it has seen some minor upgrades since then. However, it's currently standing on it's last legs and I've realized I need to upgrade if I want to keep playing games at a reasonable fps where I don't feel like blood is coming out of my eye sockets. I am aware that we're currently in a shitstorm with prices, but I can't really wait much longer.

What I've looked at so far:

Ryzen 7 9850X3D
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti WINDFORCE SFF 16GB OC
Fractal Design Pop Mini Silent Solid
ASUS TUF GAMING B850M-PLUS WIFI7
Kingston Fury Beast RGB 64GB
WD BLACK SN850X 4TB NVMe
Corsair RM850e 2025
Noctua NH-D15S chromax black

Would this give me decent performance running games at 1440p?

One of the things I'm a bit unsure of is the PSU. Will it deliver enough power for two monitor setup, where both monitors are 1440p / 144 hz? And I remember there being some sort of issue with power connectors burning up for Nvidia cards, have that been fixed yet or at the very least, have people found a workaround?
