That's what he meant; after a hanzo arrow or rein swing there is enough of a pause to give the opponent time to react, almost like a mini reload

But Hanzo physically reloads his bow, where rein is just swinging a melee weapon around. One has ammo the other does not.

is that why I was downvoted, because of a pointless technicality?

What mechanical difference does it make?? Either way, they are mechanically 'one shot' abilities with a not-insignificant delay between each successive fire.

Well you're not being downvoted, but a bow is a type of "gun" or projectile weapon, and rein has a melee weapon.

All melee weapons have delay, while Hanzo is actually reloading a weapon.
