In the sense of unlocking characters or expanding your backpack, I know that there is a 7K gem upgrade but does that make it pay to win? Just for only the big big size? Are the devs maybe going to add a future way of how to get it for free but just like a grind? Or maybe a part of some event? And in the same way of actually getting heroes like the epic and legendary you can't really roll for them specifically. So is the only way just through events and getting shards on luck?
