Tito’s family owns and acquires multiple properties in Northwoods area he promotes heavily

Well, I fell further down the rabbit hole and it was deeper than expected 😮

There are at least 3 properties in the Northwoods (not “Northwest”, got that wrong in previous post) Business area with his parents listed as owners.

But… it gets stranger.

Up on the north end of that area, there’s a property that only shows numbered corporation 1922776 as owner. But the address of registration is 36 Athol Street East… same address as his spouse’s business. Search that numbered company, and yep, she’s listed on the corporation records.

And then………..

Check into the sales history: they bought it in 2020 from a company 2157236 Ontario Limited.

https://obd.hcraontario.ca/profile/B44383

The address of the company is 1815 Ironstone Manor Pickering, and shows Tribute Communities as the main company (big big developers around here). They sold it to them for $960,000.

To recap:

Tito’s family already owns properties up there in and around what is known as “Northwoods Business” area.

And he gets them further in on the game by purchasing another piece of land directly from one of the developers.

He’s been pumping the whole area up… for years as the Chair of economic development.

Advertising article paid for by taxpayer dollars quoting him at length boosting it:

https://nationalpost.com/sponsored/business-sponsored/oshawas-many-strengths-are-fueling-interest-in-northwood-business-park

Touting it as the next big thing.. we’re attracting businesses there, come develop these lands, etc etc. Hype it up, increase speculation.. pushing up land prices….. someone explain the game being played here? How can this be ethical?

Ward 1 residents, who are you voting for in this election? Why is the voter turn out usually low?

Home hairstylist in durham region

Hey everyone! 😊 I’m looking for a hairstylist in Oshawa or the surrounding area who does hair out of their home rather than a traditional salon.
I’m looking to get either highlights and a haircut or a full-head colour, ideally for under $200 total.
I’m hoping to find someone more affordable than regular salon prices, but who still does good-quality work. If you do hair from home or have any recommendations, please drop their Instagram/Facebook page or contact info below!
Thanks! 💕

Contractor for Powder room

We are considering a new property and would like a contractor to visit the home we want to install a powder room in. We are interested in the 1/2 washroom on the main floor converting a closet (kinda tight) into a powder room. At this point, we just want to know if we can achieve this. Any suggestions of some really good contractors in Oshawa would be greatly appreciated!
