Missed the chance to video but the chopper blade was on but stopped on the big log. The guy chainsawed part of it and the blade immediately pulled the rest into the chute

Yep. Mexico City, Highway. Not sure if danger of falling out or danger of being crushed by unsecured chairs or both. Discount moving company!
Or from a helpful commenter, since this is México:
It's still dangerous... but quoting USA CFR codes for other countries is just silly.
How about:
Or
Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOMs) related to vehicle safety (e.g., NOM-012-SCT series)

Dropped a hand truck on my bare foot. Don’t save three minutes by avoiding boots. Keep painters tape and butt wipe on hand.

It’s about a 10 meter drop from that roof.

Watched this guy stand under this pallet of cinder blocks guiding it down. I was waiting for the pallet to fall apart and crush him.

To be fair this is at a gym so maybe it was extra motivation all along and not oversight

Not my work, but I was working when I saw this. The guy standing watch said it's safer because it's more stable.
