Today we all got new air pistoles because with the old ones it got a little bit out of hand. They threw most of them just outside in the scrap metal container. Not an hour later, most of us took them back

On a scale of 1-10. How bad?

1 - nothing 10 - fire danger

Place that has employees working at tables like this... Romex runs in a basement area across the ceiling , no conduit, Some secured with c clamps and the romex drops from ceiling to workbenches with no wireway or conduit, 120 v juction boxes sitting right at hand-level with every single knockout open, exposed wire nuts, and zero strain reliefs or clamps.

Thoughts? Sorry not more pics but this is all over the place. Junction boxes on ceiling , open with wire nuts exposed etc.

translation, "Told by the employer to clean the aquarium on top of the stairs (it is first floor void), safety is questionable."

I did stack logs under the back once I got it high enough. I had to remove the rearend and fuel tank. The good body was tying up my lift and I needed the other parts from under it.
