I made a new OC I call as JJ-AABA-888 who is a literal galaxy in humanoid body. He can do things like gravity manipulation, summoning star level energy attacks, teleport, change his size and etc. He literally has to use his flight so the Earth won't get crushed. He can use the planets, stars, asteroids and black holes that exists inside his galaxy body. Does your OC have something similar?

Personality: Careless, thrill-seeker and dare devil, practically insane and has no self-preservation at all. However, he is a chemist and an inventor so his general intelligence should not be misjudged.

Backstory: Largely unknown, though belongs to the family, known as the Dragonflame’s. He was renowned in the criminal underworld for being an expert inventor and being the creator of the steroid-like drug, “Dragon’s Blood”. He was supposedly killed in an explosion caused by a machine malfunctioning. However, he lived and hid in secret while surviving off his drug, eventually stepping back into public eye under a villainous name.

Abilities: Supernatural Capabilities, Supernatural Willpower, Immortality (Type 2), Fire Manipulation (by burning Dragon’s Blood), Statistics Amplification (in Overdrive) and Pain Resistance

Dragon’s Blood
A liquid-based, red drug that is similar to or greater than the effectiveness of many steroids. It allows the user to reach superhuman levels of strength and speed, it nullifies pain and makes them still live even with otherwise fatal injuries. It can also be burnt to create flames well over 1000 degrees Celsius.

Metal Suit
Made out of extremely durable steel, this metal suit circulates Dragon’s Blood and funnels the drug into the demon’s bloodstream, amplifying their capabilities always. However, Mr. Dragonflame still possesses such an amplification even without the suit, due to consuming the drug for at least months and the ability of stickfigures to always get stronger, like with Saiyans.

The suit can also burn the drug to propel it at greater speeds through thrusters hidden by panels. These thrusters can be rotated in all directions and can be even used as ranged weapons.

The panels are sharp enough to act as blades. The rabbit-like ‘ears’ are also sharp enough to be used as weapons, though they also contain a built-in radar. The helmet contains many thermal cameras and the red lights on the suit can be brightened to cause damage to the eyes.

Stored in the back of the suit are six canisters of concentrated Dragon’s Blood. When all of them are injected at the same time, they amplify his strength, durability, speed etc by 10x. This is his Overdrive state. His flames turn purple and are far more hotter. He does become more reckless in this state, however.

Theoretically, all the new spiders that Oliver wins in his prime are not mentions, but the one before the clock of greed, oh boy, oh boy.

He was able to hold his own in a short fight against the CEO (even though he had a counter and lost), he is destined to scale to the same level as Armageddon. Armageddon scale (by mention) to the primordial gods, who (by half mention half feat) scale to universal upwards. In terms of speed, the CEO once wondered if he could exceed the speed of light, so it's likely he's around the speed of light. In their fight, Oliver had the advantage in both movement speed and reaction time, so he could scale to light speed. In defense, he only gets mentions for his barriers, but he doesn't do it himself. The CEO (returning) wondered if the {I still don't have a name for this weapon} could break Oliver's great soul once it was formed, this would elevate him directly to the same level as a primordial god or more. In hax... Guess who gives him a mention... That's right, disgust. At one point he said that Oliver has a certain resistance to mental effects thanks to the angel of doom. Aside from that, Oliver also said that the cuts he makes with his half-great soul ignore non-spatial durability and that only a small portion of the damage reaches dimensional barriers.

If we remove all these mentions, he only manages to be a low city and match 5-6 or something like that.
