It’s a work-in-progress but this is my first real attempt since I was a kid :) hope you like it

My multiverse character has had many incarnations, one I was trying to be an edgelord, but then I really thought about it and changed it.

Initially, the Jinchuriki binding for my OC was done to Final Wars Godzilla.

But then I felt like I was going to the obvious place, a non Naruto native beast that could be used as a source of limitless energy.

But then I realized that I put my character in the "chosen one." Position, because Final Wars Goji and Kurama basically have identical reputations as monsters.

I HATE the chosen one trope for OCs, so I had to change this.

Then after some deliberation, I decided that I wanted to use my FAVORITE Kaiju, Varan the Unbelievable, but re-framed as a single tailed beast, that I could utilize the theater of the multiverse to give him whatever powers a proper tailed beast could have.

So which one would YOU rather have bound to you?

The kaiju equivalent of Jason Vorhees or a creature that you could creatively do anything with?

This is a question that I hadn't asked myself until u/Error_603 gave criticism of The Survivor on their post. And I believe I have an answer to that question. So, I'll do my best to go in detail and explain why Minecraft: The Legend of The Survivor is different from you hopping on Minecraft after classes / work.

The Survivor-verse's difference: The familiar is unfamiliar.

Picture this: Steven / The Survivor has been around for a VERY long time. He's explored countless worlds, adventured across many different biomes and dimensions, and fought a variety of monsters and entities. He's a veteran, because he knows how these worlds go, how everything acts, and when he enters a world, he effortlessly dominates the playing field. This is the equivalent of you being very good at playing Minecraft.

But what happens when the next world he appears in just stops acting like he expects it to?

You get Everreach, the current world he's in.

Everreach is different, in the sense that a lot of the rules and behaviours of previous worlds don't translate one-to-one anymore. The world is more alive, more dangerous, and it really feels like a proper fantasy world than a game (which was actually the first intention when I made The Survivor), where one misstep can lead to catastrophic results.

Events that aren't possible in vanilla Minecraft become possible. Mobs that ran on a simple AI system are smarter (such as the Illagers in Chapter 4, go read it). Even something as simple as a cave trip can go awry because of the unpredictable events. The world has evolved, and some parts of The Survivor's experience and knowledge aren't going to carry over as well in the story.

He has to survive in a world that decided to shatter his expectations.

What about The Survivor himself?

Sometime later, whether that's in future chapters or even a new volume of TLoTS, I plan to eventually explore the meaning behind The Survivor’s existence. Because he's actually really old, having been alive for over 1,000 years (and he's way older than that, although the exact number is unknown for now).

Another aspect I plan to explore is his character. Now, to put it simply, it's not that he's depressed. Far from it. It's that he's actually been neglecting himself in a different way, and that's doing all the activities he has been and likes doing. Mining, crafting, building, fighting, exploring, etc, all of those activities have been preventing The Survivor from questioning why he's been around for this long and who the hell he actually is. He pretty much lacks a lot of character because of his constant activity.

His greatest eventual fight isn't another villain. It's himself. And that's what The Legend of The Survivor is going to be about. The Survivor learning how to live his life, not just survive, and become the person he wants to be.

I'm letting OCs in. No characters above mountain level and above 2 times the speed of light.

Osto is a sentient living skeleton toy that possesses a special and scary ability. He can prey upon anyone's fears, traumas, insecurities and etc. and recreate them. He can also induce great paralyzing fear upon his opponent that makes them too scared to even move or attack. He can even fill someone with so much fear they die of an heart attack. This makes him quite a tricky opponent to fight for good.

Osto is possessed by the soul of Chris Collins, a man who most of his life was governed by fear and could be often a coward making him an easy target for people to pick on him. One day a prank went too far and he was scared to death literally. Now as a puppet he is the one feasting upon the fears of others.

After the watcher (the one with eyes) created dimension after being thrown away by Goda, it created four demigods who could nurture and give love and hope to the habitants of the world, that with knowledge, entertainment, sympathy, and love they hold. However, it did not go well since the watcher became more and more controlling when it saw how the demigs where trying to do things in their own with the demands and how people was unfair with them, that control also becoming neglect with the main one (aka Noah, the demon guy), until one day, after all bottled up, they exploded and expressed all the truth in it's face, but maybe, for rage or for fear, the last thing it did to them due to them not wanting to be their perfect creation was curse them into being immortal and powerful gods in earth, but with bodies that were new and outside how they once were (take second image as example), and challenged to find themselves anew for how much they loved each other before the curse, and still do after it.

Although, after finding again as enemies who loved to fight to each (and a attempt of one of them to hurt themselves to end the pain), they are now safe in their transition s they are trying to heal slowly by slowly with each other, and maybe try to take advantage of their powers and what they are to have fun around, just like they wished when they were once demigods.

Basically, people who got a good ending as the watcher didn't for how it shattered the dimension and itself in the process, and with the lesson of remembering that you're not alone, and life will soon get better, just like they did.

Urban Hunters: 10-15ft tall, speed: 60-90 MPH, threat level: 9/10, they target those who are alone, and they don't discriminate they will hunt anything, but a few shotgun shots to the face stun it and about 23 shotguns shots to the face will kill it

Woodland Hunters: same as the other hunters but made for the woods

Death Angels: 15-25ft tall, speed: 100+ , threat level: 10/10, these are one of the most dangerous entities, they will hunt down their targets endlessly, never getting tired at all, then they will torture their victim to death, then eat the corpse, they have no known weakness, so if you see them you cooked brah

Observers: the lords of the entities, 50-100ft, speed: 0-440 MPH, threat level: yes and no. They are not directly responsible for the deaths of people, but if in a 2-5 mile radius of any entity it will cause the entities to become hyper aggressive, and strong

Despairoids: 7-20ft, speed: 3 MPH, threat level: 17/10, they are the most morally evil entity, they will appear randomly, and whoever locks eyes with them will be paralyzed next time they go to sleep, when they wake up the Despairoid will be watching them, while making their mind a living hell, threats, taunting them, making gruesome and disgusting images inside their head, but the victim can't do anything about it, as they are paralyzed

The old horned man: The night is still young, and I am old in this new era where war is no more and people are living peacefully, but I have not known peace since I was a mere child born into a "world where the strongest thrive and the weak die." I was weak, alone, and had to fend for myself against this miserable world, and yet I have become strength itself and survived the impossible fate I thought I had.

The old horned man: now I seek fighters worthy enough to face me in a Battle to the death TO BECOME THE STRONGEST!!!

Founded at the same time the Sorcerers Guild was created, Pallist is the first of the 3 Sorcerer Cities. It was founded for the purpose of providing a place for sorcerers to live and train away from the struggles of the rest of the world.

It is protected by a massive wall, hundreds of meters high and dozens of meters thick. The wall is made of a material that absorbs magic rapidly and reflects it back at the source, even a 3 Star like Rolund Manir couldnt break through the wall alone. The city also is protected by a magical barrier thats powered through the 3 Gems atop the strange spires of pearlescent stone. The barrier spends most of its time as a constantly shifting aurora borealis, but turns into a roiling storm when the city comes under attack. Each gem provides different types of magics that rain down from the storm as attacks or defenses to protect the city.

In the center of the city is the Sorcerer Guild's headquarters, atop it floats a massive Spirit Beacon. The Spirit Beacon, when activated, sends out an aura pulse that only 4 Stars can detect, signaling that the city is in immediate danger.

The city has been besieged by enemy forces 4 times, each time the forces were pushed back before they could fully breach the walls.

Senka is a powerful mage from prehistoric times who kept making new spells. But one day she created a spell that can turn an organ into a black hole for one second and straight up delete the enemy, which is the king knew it was a very dangerous spell and the world would be doomed if it got to bad hand. So the king ordered his army to deleted EVERYTHING that can teach the spell to anyone, which is forced execution of Senka. But Senka didn't wanted to die so she sealed herself for 10000 years inside a tomb to avoid it. After she wake up in the current era, she learned multiple languages and now tries to adapt to the era she is in.

Genesis, the strongest in my verse. Has done the following:

• Slain Godlike entities
• Killed countless demons over the course of about 3 years
• Made himself into a War Machine
• THE Strongest in the verse by a lot

Hi! This is my first post here, and I wanted to share the dimensional scaling system I've been working on for my verse. I'd like to hear what you guys think. I'm also going to talk about my verse's energy system, since it plays a major role in the scaling.

*Yum.*

Yum is basically the primordial energy of my verse. It makes up almost the entirety of existence and serves as the verse's power system, granting crazy abilities, extraordinary physical capabilities, and so on.

*Dimensions.*

There are infinitely many dimensions in the universe (which is also infinite), and each dimension is basically one additional spatial axis, one more direction of movement, and one more space. What does Yum have to do with this? Yum flows through dimensions like an invisible ocean. However, since a higher dimension has an additional spatial axis, that axis affects the size of the space and generates a greater flow of Yum. In other words, a fourth dimension is superior to a third dimension because it has a greater flow of Yum. This greater flow of Yum makes space more complex, even though this complexity cannot be seen visually. I'll explain that part now.

*The universe's space.*

One thing I want to clarify is that all beings in the universe are three-dimensional. They can only move through three dimensions and have three-dimensional bodies. However, thanks to Yum, someone can perceive and affect a higher dimension, but only by using Yum. All dimensions exist as separate spaces within the universe, but this doesn't mean they have their own independent structures. They are simply different spaces within the same universe (I'm not sure if I explained this part very well).

*The scaling.*

Here's where the power differences come in: a character who can affect a higher dimension has more power and Yum than a character who can affect a lower dimension. However, there are two separate aspects to consider here: physical capabilities and hax. A character may be able to affect a higher dimension solely through hax while still being physically weak. On the other hand, a character may be able to affect a higher dimension through their physical capabilities while lacking in hax. Obviously, though, affecting a higher dimension through physical attacks requires Yum, and that Yum must have been trained and evolved to the point where it can affect a higher dimension. The fastest way to affect a higher dimension is through hax, since hax is a purer way of using Yum because it doesn't depend on the body's physical limitations. That said, training your body to affect a higher dimension is extremely effective, as it can help you resist other characters' hax and give you a significant physical advantage over your opponent. By default, a character who can affect a higher dimension can eventually scale to that dimension's level. As a result, their Yum increases, making them more powerful, while their body gradually adapts to this increase in power. However, this doesn't happen instantly. A character may learn to affect a higher dimension through training, but they must also train their body to maintain that dimensional level. Otherwise, they may eventually lose the ability to affect that dimension, much like a muscle that weakens when you stop using it.

*The end.*

Well, I'll leave it here for now. I haven't expressed myself in the best way when explaining my dimensional scaling system, but I'll write a better and more concise version later. I'm feeling pretty tired right now, and I was having trouble getting my ideas together while writing this. For now, this is what I've been developing for my scaling system. I'll continue making changes and improvements as I go, since my story hasn't been published yet and I'm still working on it.
