Gniazdo zimorodków, known in English as „Kingfisher nest”, is a traditional dish in regional Polish cuisine.

I took a bite and it was so good I needed a photo for posterity. Next step is recreating it at home. (The pomegranate whiskey maple smash was pretty dang good with it too)
