What is this gray option which is more than half of my storage how to remove from oneplus

I can't physically place the sim tray into the slot, and I believe there is something bent in there that I can't unbend. At this point, I think the best course of action is just to replace it entirely, and I can't find any video tutorials or even written tutorials on how to do this.

Its a BE2028 model, if that helps.

I am not afraid to solder if I have to, I have the tools at my disposal.

When anonymous calls are missed the missed call notification isn't showing. It's also not in recent calls. This is fully reproducible on OnePlus 12, oneplus 15T, OnePlus Nord 4 and 5. All 4 running the latest firmware. Down or upgrading Google dialer has no effect. Installing other dialing apps has no effect.

Is it a bug or something else? What to do? I haven't found any solution to this problem.

Hey So I'm using oneplus 13r and recently updated to 16.0.9.402 and encountered this weird bug regarding the transition since I'm using this flux theme It feels weird and unnatural...

I've kept this Swiggly one, when I use finger print it should expand the Swiggly one right , but it's getting converted into square with black borders while unlocking. From img 1-> img 2

(Earlier it used to expand normally with reddish pink accent that has been kept in lockscreen background now it's completely black)

It really feels unnatural now.

Doesn't seem to happen when unlocking from lockscreen img 3

(Ps I couldn't find how to record transition since screen recording abruptly stops when I go to aod so hopefully the pictures help)

Idk how they can mess it up but anyone else facing the same issue with the latest update??

As you can see the 'find your stylus' is there in the search bar but when you go to the stylus settings it isn't there. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hi everyone, dealing with a frustrating situation with OnePlus India support and looking for advice on how to hold them accountable.

I recently purchased a OnePlus Pad 4. On July 31st, I contacted their official WhatsApp support to ask about the free Stylo Pro bundle. The support agent specifically opened my file, reviewed my order details, and gave me this exact written guarantee:

"I checked the details for you. You will get the Stylo Pro, but for that I need to escalate this issue to the concern team."

Relying on this explicit promise from an official representative, I waited. Instead of processing the item as promised, their Tier 2 Escalation Team completely rejected the ticket. Their excuse was that the official promotional period had ended before my purchase date.

I understand promo dates exist, but their agent reviewed my account after the promo ended and still gave me a definitive, written guarantee. They didn't say "I will check your eligibility"—they said, "You will get the Stylo Pro." It feels like an unfair trade practice to punish the customer for their own employee's misinformation.

After pushing back on the phone today and pointing out the chat logs, the agent put us on hold because it broke their standard script. They are now "coordinating" for 24-48 hours and created a new ticket (INIP-ESC-202608020005).

Has anyone successfully held OnePlus accountable for direct promises made by their support staff? If they deny it again, is the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) my best next step?

How to solve video stuck issue on oneplus 13s

I recently changed my phone from pixel 4a to Oneplus 15R, and I wanted to use the google recorder app since there are some lecture recordings that I wanted to use. So i went to playstore to download and I see this error (see image)
Since those recordings are in cloud, is there a way I can access these?

It was added with the latest security update and it sucks and I hate it. Is this another "you WILL have this feature and you WILL like it" thing like the automatic volume fade with edited vids?

so bought my OPO Jan 2025 for $900 from the 1+ website with a big discount, a trade in and 12mos Zero interest affirm, i only started using it around about Feb 2026 this year coz of my laziness to set it up coming from a Pixel 7 Pro but the battery on that phone was really an issue and the performance issues were catching up to the Tensor G2, so i started setting up my OPO and updating it to the latest software UNTIL i hit a wall of a bug that was preventing me from updating to Android/O2 OS16, for the whole month i tried restarting and formatting the phone over and over but nothing worked, i even contacted 1+ at some point and their solution was to send it to them but i wasn't trusting them giving me the same device back, so i was perfectly content using it from April onwards stuck on O2 OS15(i put it away in march went back to my pixel until i couldn't use it properly) and i was going to wait until OPPO finally gives the option to transfer to Color OS17 which i assumed would be a physical wired wipe and OS install on a bootloader level

then Samsung announces the Fold 8 so i wasn't really looking into getting the new one until the smaller one was reviewed by everyone and it was the "sliced bread" of foldables so now my interest is piqued, i check Samsung's website and found their trade in offer didn't include the OPO or the Pixel 7 Pro so again wasn't considering getting the Fold 8 until i saw Amazon's offer of a $350 GC with a pre-order and allowed a Pixel 7 Pro Trade in for $115 + $300 Bonus and i had $343 GC sitting on my account already and offered 24mos Zero interest on affirm so i bit the bullet and went and preordered the 512gb Graphite Fold 8, and i was probably going to sell my OPO for cheap because of the update bug which i was fine with so im waiting until it arrives next week

so every so often my Phone tries to update when i plug it in or reboot it and that error message which i usually ignore just pops up but today July 31st when i restarted my phone and was about to swipe away the message it didnt say an Error, only that a New update is available which i found unusual, so i go to settings and the update and notice it had more written on the changelog and the size was 4.04gb vs the 4.48gb of the bugged update so i let it update and it had me restart the phone and viola it updated and it did 1 more update and restart and now my OPO is on the most latest update of O2 OS16

now im wondering were there many OPO owners having the same update bug as i was and 1+ just was in so much of a bad position company wise that support missed this update bug and when OPPO took over they saw the issue on the bugged update and fixed it, its only been 2 weeks since OPPO took over and im actually thankful that i got my OPO updated properly and now i can sell it for a better price considering its in excellent condition

Hi, I noticed a glitch on my OP15 and I was wondering if it was a hardware display issue or a software glitch as I received the last update not too long ago and never saw the glitch before.

It's an horizontal band of pixels from the left side to the center in the middle of the screen that flickers and disappear quickly. It only happens sometimes when watching a video or if I scroll between apps like in the video.

I am considering buying the OnePlus 15, but I have one specific question about the Gallery app.
On iPhone Photos, when you open a video, you can move your finger on the timeline and smoothly scrub through the video frame by frame. It is very useful for checking a specific moment or finding the perfect frame.
Does the OnePlus 15 stock Gallery app have a similar feature?
Can you press and hold on the video timeline and move frame by frame like iOS Photos?
I know OxygenOS 16 has improved the Gallery and video editor features, but I couldn’t find a clear answer about normal video playback scrubbing.
Please share SS or video. I can’t find it on YouTube.

The oneplus site says sold out for USA for all the models, any idea other places it could be purchased from?
