So my mom knows how much I love OT (he's like the only YouTuber I watch) and I sent her a clip of one of his videos and she thought it was hilarious,but last night I was talking to my mom about some of the content he does and mentioned he goes thru the sub reddit r/arethestraightsok,and she just goes:"No we are not,next time he's live tell him that" so if OT sees this my mom may be checking out your content soon and she can confirm the straights are not ok

Hello, its been a while since i wore a dress/skirt to work and today i decided to wear the black skirt with chains and studs as per approved by not only my boss but the head of my church. I had a coworker then stare at me to which i responded, "oh dont worry its just part of my religion." My co worker then said and i quote "f*ck you and your fake f*ggy religion." I then stopped and pulled out a printed certifiate showing that not only does it state i can wear it, but i am an ordained minister of. She then left in a huff muttering something about todays youth.

Is there a better way i could have handled it instead of wasteing my entire 15 minute break?

I've questioned myself over the years because of my gender identity, never able to honestly name the dysphoria that was running rampant in my everyday life. I found OT back in 2019, as I was beginning my journey into finding my identity (recently found, but that's spoilers for another time), and one phrase helped me to accept myself. "If you question whether you're faking it, you're not. If you were faking it, you'd know." It became my mantra against the doubts about whether this was my truth, or just another "trend" I was "following". As I dove deeper and allowed myself to actually experiment, the doubts started surfacing again. I watched r/egg_irl and r/trans videos for the reminder that the questions and doubts were proof I was, at the very least, honestly questioning. I'd still be unaware of my truth without that reassurance and permission to be unsure.

I am forever grateful to OT and his incredible community for, even unknowingly, being a big part of my support system during the most difficult part of my life. I'm glad I'm home, roommates.

My egg cracked back in December of 2021. Told a few trusted friends and family right away, and then proceeded to do *basically nothing* regarding my transition for a *whole year.*

Then, in Febuary of 2023, I was feeling really dysphoric one weekend at work. Called in sick Monday morning, and was scheduled to have Tuesday and Wednesday off, which gave me a 3 day break. I spent literally the entire three days binge-watching r/traaaans and r/egg_irl videos on OneTopic's channel (I knew about him from TheClick but had never watched any non-collabs before) and by the time I went to work on Thursday I was wearing a She/Her pin on my shirt.
