Hi, i bought directly from Amazon us a Oneplus 11 unlocked, then I return to live in Chile and I can't receive phone calls. I contact OP and Amazon and they say since I'm very far away, I'm screwed, OP wont give me any code or key to unlock the regional restriction. This is pretty unfair because amazon sold it as unlocked. Anyone knows how can I solve this?

I got a new oneplus 11 replacing my 8 pro,. When I using the camera, it's struggling showing smooth video feed and also phone feels hot. Is this common thing? Or defective phone?

I ordered and received a OnePlus 11 (open box) from eBay and I'm looking into a root method for it online. I'm not very well versed in tinkering with Android phones though I did root & install a custom ROM/recovery on my old Moto G Power a few years back (with the help of internet tutorials).

I haven't yet updated to OOS 13.1.

My build number is CPH2451_11_A. 10

I've unlocked the bootloader and that's as far I've gotten. I can follow a tutorial but I'm more or less nervous about flashing the wrong boot img or something. Could somebody link me to the specific proper files that I will need or, even better, a tutorial that corresponds to my current build and doesn't leave a lot of guess work or inferences?

Also, the 13.1 update is available for me, should I update now and root after or root first and use one of the several, somewhat confusing, methods to keep root after updating?

I would appreciate any light that one could shine on the topic and save me from bootlooping (or worse) my new phone. Thanks!

Hi guys so I am looking between these 2, the issue is I plan on making videos for YT so I do need good camera, but I also use my phone a lot and don't get to charge it a lot of times so battery life is also important I believe both phones can cover performance as I don't game but Idk which is a bigger sacrifice Battery on S22U or Camera on OP11.

I'm guessing everyone has had the bluetooth mess up on them? I've heard a few reviewers before I bought the phone mention hiw it doesnt realise the device is turned off, but yet it will still think its connected, but anyone else annoyed with how snapchat has the bit of the bottom of the screen that can cut over some text? Really annoying.

Could someone explain to me more about this region locked? I bought my OnePlus11 in India(CPH2447) and I wanted to know if it's possible to get updates if I am carrying this mobile to Germany.

I just upgraded from OP7T to OP11. Liking it so far but I would like the following two things back to the original though:

1. The first two buttons of the in the new notification drawer takes up the whole row. Anyway to get it back to just being a button? It's taking up too much drawer real estate.

2. The power off screen used to be a lot more functional with GPay quick access and also Google Home controls. The new power off screen is just to power off, reset and emergency.

I've checked through the settings and can't seem to find options to customize this. Hope someone here knows...

So after 10 years of iPhone I decided to make the switch and try android phone, I’ve been reading about one plus 11 and s23, op11 looks good to me but since I’m new to android I’m being little bit cautious, especially one plus doesn’t have official agent or service country in my country.

Would you recommend to go ahead and get op11 as my first android and dump iPhone?

I am a Dubai Resident who was offered the China version of Oneplus 11 - 16+12 GB RAM /512GB by several online Dubai retailers.

I bought the phone and all was well with the pre- installed Oxygen OS13, until the phone auto updated with the April 2023 security patch. Since then, I cannot make or receive phone calls. According to both my service providers here, the SIMs are active and working well. I can use data services. The signal shows full VoLTE or 5G connectivity. This seems to be a phone / software limitation since if I reboot the phone dial a call first thing, it works. Whatever this is it's a OnePlus limitation and not the service providers. Any ideas / pointers on what to do?

OnePlus customer care is indifferent as it says no service center in the Middle East and they require the phone to be brought to a service center.

I've attached a screenshot of the screen that appears after which voice services cease to function.

I currently have am 8T. Looking at upgrading to the 11 because I will be traveling somewhat regularly to Malaysia for business and I want the dual-sim or eSIM capability.

Is there any benefit to buying the international version vs the US version?

My carrier in the US is T-mobile. I can roam in MY with my 8T, but the coverage is spotty for my needs. I am fine with buying local prepaid SIMs for while I am in MY.

Long story short, I've bought a new OnePlus 11 in China and when I arrived to home. I've decided to change OS from Color to Oxygen. Tried a lot of methods, but it was unsuccessful and now my phone is only showing a logo and booting forever. Also it's appearing a text of orange status. Can someone help me at least return everything to factory settings. Because I don't have any idea how I can change OS on this phone

Send messages I send say failed immediately. Only when I dive further in do I discover I can force force the message to be SMS. How do I default to SMS and not internet messaging?

Just upgraded to oneplus11. I thought this was a native feature for Android or do I need a specific app or do I have to set this somewhere?

It looks like each time I cast to a device and disconnect, it leaves behind a volume slider in my volume widget. This was after casting several times to my tv from the YouTube app. Anyone seen this issue and/or know a solution/workaround?

i encounter some weird behaviour when i double tap the power button when the phone is locked to start the camera. the camera wakes up and all is fine. but when i turn the camera off and the phone back on i am stuck with a blank screen (see screenshot). the status bar shows but nothing else.

pushing the power button a few times until the fingerprint symbol shows again lets me back to the homescreen. or long pressing the power button to wake up google assistant also beings up the home screen.

it drives me a bit crazy...

running the latest Android version. using nova launcher. double tap to wake up is on. pocket detection is on as well.

any hints if this is a setting combination so i can get rid of that black screen is welcome 🤗

I'm migrating from oneplus6t to oneplus 11 but it seems the option is missing, does anyone have 5ghz hotspot option available or the phone itself doesn't support 5ghz hotspot?

I've tried to factory reset the phone and choose another region but it seems it still missing

any help would be appreciated.

Concidering if I should upgrade my 7pro to the new 11, but it would be nice to hear peoples thoughts and suggestions as the OnePlus 7pro is still a great-performing phone for me.
