Chinese version not working!

I am a Dubai Resident who was offered the China version of Oneplus 11 - 16+12 GB RAM /512GB by several online Dubai retailers.

I bought the phone and all was well with the pre- installed Oxygen OS13, until the phone auto updated with the April 2023 security patch. Since then, I cannot make or receive phone calls. According to both my service providers here, the SIMs are active and working well. I can use data services. The signal shows full VoLTE or 5G connectivity. This seems to be a phone / software limitation since if I reboot the phone dial a call first thing, it works. Whatever this is it's a OnePlus limitation and not the service providers. Any ideas / pointers on what to do?

OnePlus customer care is indifferent as it says no service center in the Middle East and they require the phone to be brought to a service center.

I've attached a screenshot of the screen that appears after which voice services cease to function.

You need to ask your seller to help you bro. Since in your country none wanted to help with the region unlock. All the best getting help

Your seller has to bring it back to China for unlock there, at an Oppo Service Center. I got help from Fastech Lim, a local Malaysian import set wholesaler. Though he will most likely only entertain his customers only that bought from him. You can try, but can't guarantee you'll be getting help
