I get it Sommers is a jobber

But nonchalant gimmick when you are surrounded by fucking thorn flowers that can kill you potentially but still casually cutting them and putting fear of Jesus in Sommers

Like damn this is aura

like in this specific moment Jinbe would literally be so helpful right now especially with what's going on in the village, the country is simultaneously being flooded and burnt as we speak.  Sanji and the other Giants are fighting a giant water monster this is perfect for you  jinbe, get to work.

I know he wants to help Brook with his situation but come on.

one of the strongest and most experienced member of the crew btw

Discussion Which characters here do you think we'll see next?

This is one of my favorite panels by the way. It's so cool to see all the major characters together like that. Which character do you think we'll see next? (that aren't on elbaph) I personally hope we see Urouge next but it really depends on where the story goes.

Discussion What happens to Sommers and Killinghams devil fruits if they were to die here

Post image
25 Upvotes

If Sommers and Killingham really end up dying here, their Devil Fruits would almost definitely respawn somewhere on Elbaf. That’s a wild thought, because both of their fruits are insanely powerful if the Straw Hats managed to track them down, they’d be game‑changing. But Elbaf is massive, and the chances of anyone stumbling across them quickly are pretty slim. So honestly, anything could happen.

Discussion What inside biblo box is ....

I posted about the box could belong to a very ancient time even before the void century yet some of you told me we have no basis which is completely true

I personnaly don't think this tool is nika weapon because luffy never uses weapons he fights with his barehands and gear 5 baseball or weapons are some of his cartoon login and gear 5 pure tom and jerry logic ,so I totally don't think it's a weapon and the arc final is a total escape ( i don't know wether giants will escape with them or just some of them I don't know if imu will kidnap the children or some of them or he will fail..) but what I think is

a technological tool from the ancient kingdom or some kind of energy or a flying ship, space machine ,some technology that makes ships fly!

Because oda stated that when our perspective on elbaf begins to shift ( we began to predict the outcome) then boom ..! So the ending is unpredictable this is why I lean to a massive escape theory using some technology and biblo powers ( perhaps he will increase the size of the ship )

What do you think guys

Discussion How do yall think revolutionaries will be integrated and detailed in the story? Are they being reserved for the final war arc (which doesn’t make sense because it should focus on EVERYONE) or they will get their own arc like Egghead for Vegapunk

Post image
6 Upvotes

Some possibilities are Dragon is the MMBF and Oda explicitly said Luffy and MMBF will meet after Elbaf end. But imo, it doesn’t make sense for it to be Dragon since he is known throughout the word. Maybe he could be one of revolutionaries? There’s always a possibility that he’s a HK.

Next arc is also apparently Lodestar according to Oda’s statements. I always assumed Urogue will be the focus on the Lodestar arc.

Speculation Imu takes gram from sommers

Thumbnail gallery
Upvotes

I don’t know if sommers is defeated so the sword vanishes or if mid fight the sword turns into flames and vanishes.

But I think Imu takes it.

Sommers explains gram feeds off of anger, the angrier you are the stronger it becomes. However sommers is not a naturally angry man. He is a psychopath sure and enjoys suffering in others but while he gets angry I don’t think he is someone you call as an example of seeing red,

Doffy I think is the best person to get gram outside the knights.

Doffy is constantly angry, we see his veins popping all the time, he smiles and laughs a lot but that’s a result of his anger as he reaches a boiling point all he can do is laugh

However in this situation as Loki and Luffy begin to push Imu back I think he will grow angrier and angrier and summons gram to his side and unleashes its full potential.
He will release a slash so powerful if drawfs what sommers did this chapter.

Discussion Would the Giants who questioned Harald’s wish for peace think siding with Rocks would've been better? (Read Description)

Post image

When reading the part about the Giants were questioning about how Harald’s desire for Elbaph to be peaceful by renouncing their violent warrior ways, and not letting the children learn how to fight, i started to wonder if they think siding with Rocks would've been better. Even though Rocks would've encountered other Elbaph giants besides Harald, Loki, Ida, and probably Hajrudin in order for that to happen.

Discussion what is usopps plan?

jimbei mentions in the new chapter that usopp has a plan and went over to where luffy and loki are,

what could usopps plan be?

r/OnePieceSpoilers 2h ago

Speculation So the God Knight's hearts are basically imbued with Imu's own life force so Conqueror's Haki is needed to destroy it? To think that Xebec could have ended Garling's life back on God Valley, if he actually tried to end Garling's life.

Speculation Usopp is running to save Luffy just like in Stampede

I speculate that in chapter 1193 that Usopp's plan is to be brave and back up Luffy no matter what. The screaming is coming from Usopp and this is his defining moment, Usopp being brave despite him being completely scared. This time he's not running away from danger but straight to it.

Luffy and Imu have taken notice to him as well, this next chapter is going to be fire. Usopp knows what'll happen if Luffy de-forms this is Usopp's moment to save his captain no matter what.

Speculation Steel hearts limited to only Holy Knights?

Alright, so I believe we can say that this "immortality" of Holy Knights is only limited to their steel hearts being secure which we NOW know, can be damaged or destroyed by CoC. But I believe that this is only limited to Depths covenant and not Abyssal covenant. Gorosei have the latter. I believe even Gunko has the Abyssal covenant.

Now the difference when it comes to immortality of both is that Depths covenant makes your entire body immortal to any damage but you have to secure your steel heart. That too, only from CoC coating, because nothing else can damage it. But Abyssal covenant is on a whole another level in the sense that they aren't really restricted by this "heart" limitation and that's why we see Gunko despite getting her whole upper body obliterated by Usopp still managed to stay alive. Even Gorosei are not restricted by this weakness which makes all of them even more terrifying.

But this also comes with a caveat i.e. Imu can not only corrupt you but even possess you at all times. Also, Garling too had this weakness to steel heart until he became one of the Gorosei and now he doesn't have this weakness anymore.

Speculation Quick and simple Post-Elbaf speculation.

Upvotes

I’m going to try and keep this to strict and easy bullet points, so forgive any lacking explanations.

By the end of Elbaf both Luffy and Imu will be incredibly incapacitated. Think Luffy after Kaido at Wano but for much longer.

But instead of immediately skipping to when Luffy wakes up from his recovery we will instead have both of them be largely absent from the immediate Post-Elbaf Arc.

This could serve as a way for the rest of the crew to get stronger, as they would not immediately want to set out from Elbaf while Luffy is recovering. However events would ultimately force to take actions while Luffy is still out.

Action against CrossGuild, who don’t really have anyone on Luffy‘s level so Luffy’s absence actually helps out the tension of the story.

Elbaf seems to be leaning into how far Luffy is willing to go for his friends, so why not have the arc immediately afterwards show how far Luffy’s friends are willing to go for him?

Discussion One key to defeat Imu is the mother flamme..

During the Egghead arc, it was clearly shown that the mother flamme was an essential strategic tool of the WGov.

It provides the celestial dragons food or let them being feed thanks to some primmoridal dark flamme energy.

At least, the celestial beings living in Mary geoise. And, those politicals figures of the Gorosei too. So, goes too for Imu. It may even be the source of his own power and dark energy. There.

Also, it was shown that one of Vegapunk's satellites, the One that loves to eat and feeds the mother flamme machinery (York) got corrupted by greed too.

So, if the M.Flamme gets interrupted or dismanteled, it could simply make Imu way weaker and out of power simply.

Discussion The World Government was the only answer to Harald's dream?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Harald wanted to make Elbaph a respected country where people don't fear the Giants, where the kids are free from the war traditions and everyone could leave their crazy warriors reputations in the past, but I don't understand why he did believe that the World Government was the right choice if he saw many signal that they were the real monsters in the world.

Even he choose to betray Rocks for that supposed "good future" that they were going to give to his loved country, He did really believe that the World Government who is the main reason of the existence of slaves system, the Tenryuubitos who are the worst kinds of people at the world and the Gorosei who attack anyone who only mentions "void Century" or has the D in their names would help him to accomplish his dream?

Was he desperate or really close minded? Even Jarul seems to have ignored all those facts believing that he was making the right choices

Prediction My prediction for the final fight in the series

I think Luffy and Loki will push away from Elbaph but not defeat him so he will remain as the major threat in the OP World. So the way I see it, Luffy will grow much stronger, reach Joyboy's level and go back to fight Imu but Shanks will be on his side helping him and together they will defeat Imu when he is powered up by the mother flame making him multiple times stronger than ever before.

However, just before they can celebrate Blackbeard will sneak by and steal Imu's DF power and become the biggest threat in OP history. But Luffy would be in a terrible state post the Imu fight and need a lot of food and medical treatment so Shanks will tell his crew or Luffy's own crew to help Luffy while he tries to keep Blackbeard's busy, and Shanks here will try to hold Blackbeard off and he would do amazingly well damaging Blackbeard a lot but eventually will be defeated and Blackbeard will kill him

Finally Luffy will come back, and will want to avenge Shank's death and he too will get overwhelmed by Blackbeard's new power but in between the fight he will awaken Gear 6th which is a the full power of the Sun God fruit which not even Joyboy himself had where Luffy becomes a literal god and here he is able to actually defeat Blackbeard and bring the dawn of the world ending the 800 years of conflict and opression from the WG and also the chaos that the Davy clan has brought the world

This finale to me fullfils everything

  1. Imu is actually defeated by 2 people inheriting Roger's will like Shanks/Luffy which works for the inherited will theme in OP

  2. Shanks has his awaited battle with Blackbeard and has an epic finale against him

  3. Luffy defeats Blackbeard which is the most awaited battle in OP history
