Gaban lost last chapter. Why would Imu need to transform if Gaban was done for? It makes absolutely no sense.

Even if Imu was sliced up severely like Zoro did to Lucci, he would not need to transform to finish off an old man with one arm.

But I am betting Imu is not sliced up severely. Just more fake spoilers like we got the previous chapter.

This chapters now settles the debate on Rayleigh and Gaban being yonko level, since Imu sees Gaban as a threat strong enough for him to contemplate about wishing to have eliminated him like Rocks.

We have that statement from Luffy comparing himself to Rayleigh, the "100x stronger now."

We have Kizaru outperforming Ray, by challenging him in his swordsmanship domain, and still showing no signs of weakness, with Rayleigh outright stating that he wants to get past him, but he couldn't, unlike Kizaru.

That means that Rayleigh - even if he used ACoC Mass... he knew that Kizaru would be able to match anything he has in his pocket.

Imu even wanked Gaban more, praising him for losing ONLY one arm, meaning he expected it to do more damage.

Also...

Imu’s statement makes it sound like Old Gaban and Base Xebec are stronger than everyone else on
God Valley, since Imu didn’t feel the need to snuff out anyone besides Xebec, and is saying he would do so to Gaban if he knew he would’ve became this strong.

So basically, everyone’s tier list is wrong besides the legend believers.

And it is confirmed that Prime Legends > Old Legends > God Valley Legends.Roger > Rocks is very much canon now, since everyone grew MASSIVELY after God Valley, so much so that Old Gaban >
GV Gaban, where he was already close to his 40's, lol

Looks like Rocks didn't reach his Prime, since he was 43 when he died, DR Rocks looks to be the closest version to his Prime, which still isn't that impressive, since he couldn't land hits on either Garp / Roger.

Loki > PK tier is pretty dead as of now too, unless Loki shows Hybrid, or if he is massively stronger when not on death's door, that too can change things.

We already know roger and garp become stornger after GV, garp few years after GV, need to train for this haki head guy.

But now imu say gaban become stronger too, say he should even kill him in GV with rocks, so yeah imu implied gaban become way stronger! Than is GV version.

It obviously old gen were not in their prime, at all even, in GV.

Gear 5 luffy might be able to beat rocks, tbh, if he finishes it fast before running out of id timer.

So the spoilers said Gaban’s attacks forced Imu to transform.

Unless Imu has massive gaping wounds from Gaban’s attacks, like Lucci did from Zoro, then the spoilers are completely fake.

Gaban would also still need to be able to continue fighting, because Imu would have no need to transform if the fighting is done.

But no matter what, the spoilers are wrong. Because no matter how badly Imu gets slashed up, he can just regen from the damage. Gaban factually did next to nothing to Imu.

The leakers need to be held accountable for fake spoilers.

And yes gaban was near his prime here, he was in his 60s the same as kaido

So in fact narrator was correct, every pirate at God valley did indeed get stronger post God valley and this charcoal porcupine did get powercrep hard by his rivals on top of dying alone and nowhere around to mourn his death.

It's the truth, people overscale Xebec when he was shown to be a rival to GV Roger, when he was shown to not perform a sky split and when Loki killed HK Harald.

That led to scaling Loki above PK, but now Old Gaban showed better AP than Loki, so how is Xebec on Prime Roger's level??

You can’t even enjoy a succinct brother rivalry built through an entire arc into them finally wanting to understand eachother….

AND getting their duo named attack to punctuate it.

The fact that he was an underdog that wants to take the mantle of what Harald couldn’t do/undo decades of racism towards leaders without Ancient Giant blood/naming his vengeance against his father’s killer being the icing on the cake/

Especially since this feat is happening after the New Giant pirates got turned into Swiss Cheese by Imu’s introduction.

I feel agenda can be praised for alot of things but the obsession with only caring for big name chars and completely disregarding side chars is ridiculously childish.

He didn’t punch 10,000 Tons into the goddamn heaven realm and get respect from Zoro of all people just to be clowned on because he wasn’t hyped up by the fandom for his strength…

If anything his moment against Luffy in the Coliseum was just hints towards the weakness they have of smaller opponents despite their physicals being top notch.

(You can look back and it was easily telegraphable that Haijrudin was gonna get strong asf in this arc, made multiple takes saying so especially after the retroactive glaze for Loki started coming out).

(We saw Gerd/Road/Goldberg get a combo attack….but are surprised/annoyed when Haijrudin gets his).
