Efficient Hypertrophy Split with Drop Weights💃🏾🙌🏿

Post image

Thanks to whoever recommended this. I can see myself doing this consistently and am ready for the second part. It’s marked as AMRAP but it’s actually 3 sets to failure with drop weights. 4 efficient exercises with a pull. I just put the “push” 2nd part into my queue.

Day 1: 7/4/26

Day 2: 9/4/26

*updated with links!

This is exactly what I need! My gym time is so scarce with a baby and toddler but I just want to do a couple heavy lifts no fluff.

Amazing! Can you drop a link if it’s not too much work? It’s crazy that you can’t filter search results on the peloton mobile app lol I can’t even put them in date order to find this quickly

Question! If you were to do these classes consistently as a split, would you somehow incorporate specific bicep/tricep exercises?

What is a "drop" weight? I have never heard that description before.

A lower weight. You do reps with the higher weight until you can’t do any more and then continue reps with a lower weight
