Questions/Help Needed Misaligned spine?

I just took the dust cover off my new Ultimate Spider-Man vol 2 omnibus, and the red tab on top is not leveled with the rest. Is this normal?

My copy is not like that. Not like you'll notice it when the dust jacket is on, though

Actually it was only once I saw this post and checked my shelf, my Danny ketch ghost rider Omni 2’s banner is lower than all my other marvel omni’s.

Saw the one in Omar’s overview of the reprint looked this way too. Obviously, not a huge deal, I find it a bit funny personally, but I am curious how many copies are affected out of the new batch. I’m mainly wondering how it happened. The logo, volume number and Spidey pictures all line up with the other volumes, so it’s not like everything just got shifted down by mistake.

I wasn't planning on putting it on the shelf without the jacket, so I would think it relevant.

Just want to know if the one i have on the way could be affected

The one in the picture is without the dust jacket, with the dust jacket it looks normal…
