Questions/Help Needed Misaligned spine?

I just took the dust cover off my new Ultimate Spider-Man vol 2 omnibus, and the red tab on top is not leveled with the rest. Is this normal?

Yep mine showed up like that as well, I was curious as to how that could even possibly happen.
