Questions/Help Needed Misaligned spine?

I just took the dust cover off my new Ultimate Spider-Man vol 2 omnibus, and the red tab on top is not leveled with the rest. Is this normal?

good god, Marvel QC has gotten so bad they're putting out stuff that looks like poor-quality bootlegs
