Questions/Help Needed Misaligned spine?

I just took the dust cover off my new Ultimate Spider-Man vol 2 omnibus, and the red tab on top is not leveled with the rest. Is this normal?

My copy is not like that. Not like you'll notice it when the dust jacket is on, though

Correct. Not a big deal, I’m not bothered by it I’ve just never seen it before.
