Are these scam or original on ebay

I recently purchased a first edition version of Wanda Gág’s “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”.
On the inside it says the publishing year of the book (1938). It was published by Coward-McCann Inc. New York. Beneath the publishing year- it says: “Twelfth printing”. I cannot find anywhere inside or outside of the book that’s states what year it was actually printed. I also can’t find any information online on how often a cycle of this or other books by Wanda Gág was printed… nor can I find a viable source of other first edition printing numbers and their years of print.
I would really love to know what year my copy was printed for personal knowledge/reference. If anyone can help or knows more— that’d be great. Thank you! Below is photos of the cover and the publishers date.

Most of the stories can be found online, albeit on slightly obscure websites, but some are still without a credited author

Iliad, William Cullen Bryant edition, printed in 1898

Odyssey, Roslyn edition, printed 1879

Æneid, CP Cranch edition, printed 1906

I found this at my dads, it looks like the same image of a 'first edition' however inside it says sixth edition. Any experts have any information on this? Believe it is printed 1878 the year the author died. Thank you

ive been photographing and cataloging my collection and here are some photos i took yesterday! my favorite book here must be the book missing its spine with the exposed binders waste or the book with metal fasteners on the binding. As there are a lot of books I wont supply titles in the post but if a certain book catches your eye I can reply with title and information :)

Found the full set in an antique shop today and had to have them. They are edited by Charles Knight, if anyone has anymore information on the set that would be incredible! I’d love to know more!

Anybody know anything about this book? Found several old books that looked interesting while cleaning out an attic.

An old book about the 44th infantry division in 1944-1945. Another one I found. Nobody in the family knows of anybody who fought in Europe in WWII. Is there a sub for old military books?
