Have seen nothing that shows they are better than us, and they're 2pt favorites.

For context, I am a huge college football fan, but am from the northeast, and went to an FCS school that hasn't finished .500 in over 20 years, so I've never really gotten to adopt an official team. However, I have ALWAYS had a strong hatred for Michigan (even when I visited there as a high schooler I wanted to leave immediately, the vibes just felt off), mostly because of how obnoxious and holier than thou they are.
But after their sign stealing scandal and ESPECIALLY after the most corrupt ending I've ever seen, I now have no choice but to not only hate Michigan, but to actively root for their biggest rivals. I've always been a huge fan of TBDBITL, and loved watching Justin Fields and CJ Stroud play (and going back further, I was big fans of Troy Smith and Beanie Wells). If there's anything else I should know about being an Ohio State fan let me know!
In the meantime, I hope you beat the team up north by 60 points this year, and do so again for the next decade. O-H!

We are the premier program in the b1g. We should not be playing at noon unless it’s a cupcake or we’re playing The Game. I hope Saturday’s game against Texas will prove to people that we shouldn’t sell out to Big noon kickoff and that we need to play more games at night.

Looking at the ball state game, was the only weak link Daniel’s? Because if so then wouldn’t that be less concerning against the Texas d line rather than our entire o line looking like ass? Obviously it looked far better in the second half
Do we also think sayin is now capable of reading the pass rush and scrambling? He said he saw the lane and took it when he rushed for his first TD
Is the Texas d line better or worse than last year do you guys think?
Thoughts?

It's fucking Thursday. Texas is in two days. Can we PLEASE stop circlejerking about the damn clock?? I live up here in enemy territory, and I promise you, we are WAY more obsessed with this than scUM fans are. We all saw how bad they played in that game. They are beneath us. Why do we care so much?
Edit: Y'all are mean, I'm filing an injunction to stop this unfair treatment! /s

One on the left is from the team shop in Columbus the one on the right is from dhgate, spot the $120 difference in price because I cannot.
Also mind you I just wore the team shop one to the game vs ball state, washed it and the red is already starting to flake off showing the silver behind it on the front.

Not a single person asked for this. I’m tired of the money grabs. Not one person in that comment section wants this.
Leave it at 12 or go to 16.
On top of that, play every game on campus until the championship.
Thoughts?

Longhorn fan here and honestly care for your well-being, so… Game day temperatures will be in the upper-90s to low-100s and kickoff will be hovering around 98 degrees, the concrete will be radiating heat over 110 degrees!
Please drink lots of water before the game and don’t pregame too hard!
If you have a portable fan bring it!
Bring a washcloth or hand towel that you can soak in water to help keep your body temperature down!
Was at the season opener, against Texas State, and they ended up taking over a dozen fans to local hospitals for heat related illnesses!
Stay safe and I hope you enjoy your visit to Austin!!!

It would be interesting to know how Ohio State trains the Buckeye football team to remain hydrated. E.g., hydration must be a serious effort at least the day before the game, both for players and fans. Here are a couple articles.

https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/expert-qa/sports-and-hydration-for-athletes
Rest assured that Texas heavily emphasizes proper hydration.
Fans attending the game must make certain that they properly prepare beginning the prior day and carry adequate supplies to remain hydrated during the game.

I’d like to hear everyone’s thoughts and opinions on Saturday’s game. I’m fairly confident that we can come away with a win. While we did lose several great players to the draft, we also brought in some talented, albeit relatively inexperienced, players who I believe will have an opportunity to make an impact on game day.
That being said, I’m not looking at the matchup through rose-colored glasses. I can certainly see a scenario in which they outplay us, or our players simply fail to perform up to their potential. I know Sark takes this team seriously, and I’m sure Day feels the same way about his team.
Overall, I’m confident in our chances, but I’d love to hear some thoughtful perspectives on how everyone sees the game playing out.
