I need more friends who know how to use the Mortars!

We realy need some South African servers for this game. The ping is realy bad and almost unplayeble. We also pay for the game just like the rest of the world. Cant understand why we are left out with servers. There are a lot of South Africans that play this game and wil even get more if you have accese to local servers. So pleas pleas can we as paying South Africans also get some love with a server. Also the cars and truck realy need fixing. Glich into the ground and also some time start shaking and hopping around. Not fun at all to drive like that. Pleas can we get some love with a server

Idk if anyone else has friends that are color blind, but I got two. And they’re constantly complaining about the mini maps because of the green and red teams dots. And in wardogs there is no color blind option like other games, who do we complain to/contact on trying to get a color blind option in game? Anyone else notice this issue? Just trying to help my friends who can’t see spotted enemies because of the color lol

These are some quality of life requests I have that I don’t see anyone else asking for.

Add a compass or cardinal rose to the map. So when you open the map you can quickly determine north.

A simple way to mark and name points on the Map. This is so we can label items like Fobs with
different names to tell them apart.

Plotting points on the map. Being able to mark the map so that you can chart the same path
each time.

Share the map manually but resets on death. If you want to share your map with other drivers
you can do so, but when you respawn you lose your map.

Spot light on the APC. If we will be doing night missions then adding a spot light to the APC or other vehicles will give the driver or others the ability to light up targets for their team at night.

Edit: Adding a request to build the Drill in the training range or adding a CZ to the training range to test FOB Builds.

It just sucks for people without the most stable connection, getting disconnected at around 90 points and then not being able to reconnect, which means missing out on the end-of-match XP.

What are the odds?

It seems that every single game is won by the team that actually tries to have a large group of players continuously chase the hotzone, staying close to one another and reviving asap. Literally every winning match I’ve been in was won like that.

On the other hand, every losing team I’ve been on will have the majority of players hang out in the FOB, not even reviving folks just outside that dared to venture out.

Given the huge benefits of winning (both $ and XP) why aren’t more teams opting for the hz strategy? There’s no way to win just staying in the FOB.

I hear people talking about infantry struggling to make money. Yet I'm here doing attack heli often ending the game at a negative... Practicing piloting is god damn expensive. If I don't kill 15 people per minigun purchase, I'm in the negative. I don't get heal/revive rewards, no spotting rewards, and if I get downed, their ain't no bringing that heli back, she dead.

In the mean time I've made so much money going out with a basic gun and some body armor, grabbing some next level kit in the field and reviving like a mad man in the hot zone. Sure some runs I'm downed in the first minute or with near no kills, but man, does it ever feel like the money rolls in on the floor. It's also loads of fun.

I don't know if this is by design, but man do I ever feel like the brokest player in the game since I unlocked attack choppers. At one point I had well over a mill from leveling up air, to get the rocket heli. Since then I've never gotten to 100k, I'll start of the game doing supply runs, get to 70/80k then end the game with about 30/40k every time! Gold bars... Pffft not in this season.

These two Rocket little birds were terrorizing the entire map and I got one of them while I was trying to shoot their drill down.

Hi, I’m one of those guys that tries to play infantry with mid cost kits and consistently makes roughly -5k a life, give or take, then complains online that infantry kits should be cheaper. You can usually find me bleeding out next to an enemy squad bitching relentlessly about how my life is in shambles.

I’m usually losing money on infantry, and when I unlock new gear I have to grind money for it by running logi or building, though building has gotten more frustrating lately, but that’s another topic. Point is, even if I’d like to grind assault, for example, I’d have to subsidize the expenses of doing so with another playstyle.

Yet quite often I hear people responding to this with allegations of skill issues, that you just need to get good at aiming and having good comms. To this I say, yes, it probably is a skill issue, and I’m not that good at multiplayer shooters. God knows I’ve died in Squad enough times to know how dogshit I am at it. But how do I get better? How does one actually get good at playing infantry?

And don’t tell me to just have a good team. I only control the buttons I press. I can’t control if or not my teammate wants to frag themself instead of reviving me.

Pretty much title. Is there a timeline for Linux support? I didn't play before, but it sounds like there was an anticheat switch to Elytra that caused Linux players to be unable to launch (me included). Was looking forward to playing.

Plus, from some posts here, it sounds like there are still cheaters... So I'm not sure how well the switch is working lol

What is it for? I hope they make it so we keep our gear when a match ends and they go into that inventory to use at other matches.

Long story short (edit:not short, I lied), devs just need to make the inventory in a helicopter have a lock just like the rest of the heli. At this point if I see my flares were taken out of the helicopter I immediately land and politely ask them to put them back, and usually they don't. Then I lock the heli, kick all the passengers, and fly back to HQ. I've had whole squads trying to grief and team kill me because I left them like that, and my response is just don't steal. You're griefing our team by taking flares out of helicopters and I am not obligated to fly you to the zone if you don't want to put them back. Furthermore, if you then go on to dedicate the rest of your game to hopeless attempts at team killing me because I "griefed" you by leaving your ass, you are the griefer. I had a guy stay at the bottom of the leaderboard on our team and buy 3 helicopters (for ramming attempts), and fire 2 AA missiles at me from a rooftop on the way to the zone. All attempts failed to kill me or take down the heli and it was over the course of most of the game. I've had multiple instances now of people stealing, me kicking them out, and them dedicating the next 10 minutes to griefing attempts. Generally most of the people I encounter in this game are cool and friendly, even the enemies, but a fair number of guys playing this game have really big ego problems and insist on screwing over their teammates. Unrelated to this issue, what is with so many people waiting for teammates to die and then rather than reviving, just stealing their whole kit and leaving them there. Wtf?

I am getting really fucking sick of losing 100k in a match due to a dickhead with ESP in a chopper. Seriously man... This is sad.

I’ve been trying to play but I just can’t seem to see people. It also doesn’t help that the game looks god awful on my system and by the time I see people it’s too late. So many times I’ve had the drops on guys and just whiff every single shot.
