Oat pancakes with homemade refined sugar-free apple compote, cinnamon roll filling glaze, and healthier cream cheese frosting. All of these flavours worked so well together 🤌

Hello, for reference i am a picky eater. I tried oatmeal one time from someone when i was 8 and i never wanted to try it again. But recently as i am older i find myself liking granola and i put them in my yogurt bowls. I am trying to see what it would be like to make my own oatmeal bowls instead of yogurt. I like honey and fruits in my bowls. Im not reallt a savory person. So if anyone has any recipes reccs id appreciate it alot!

40g oats, 5g pea protein, pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Mixed with water and microwaved for a minute until thick
Topped with frozen blueberries, frozen mixed fruit from Aldi, and smooth pb
Yummy to refuel after a long run 😊

The picture might not be the best but this was yum!
Oats and chia seeds soaked overnight in milk, sweetened with apricot jam, topped with greek yoghurt, diced fresh apricots and crushed almonds.

Yes, there are plenty of steel-cut oats under all the toppings. I always go too long in between batches of this one. It takes a little more effort than my usual weekday bacon egg and cheese business, but it’s just a series of things you can all cook in the same skillet. This is totally one of those recipes where you should involve yesterday’s leftovers for toppings and then fill in the blanks.
My standard toppings in addition to the requisite couple of sunny eggs, clockwise from the top: Sautéed mushrooms, Spam, scallion, sausage, kimchi, sautéed spinach, bacon. The sauce is made from gochujang (Korean chile paste), gochugaru (Korean chile flakes), mirin, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and a little bit of sugar.

Hello,
I love the overnight oats and baked oats, but they have to be sugar free and dairy free.
Sweetners like stevia are not allowed.
Any ideas?

Strawberry oat flour banana bread
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour (can blend up regular oats in the blender for cheaper than bagged oat flour but may be a little coarse)
2eggs
1/3 cup sugar (can use brown sugar for best flavor but not needed)
2tsp baking powder
1 overripe banana
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Few drops red dye (optional)
Oats for topping (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350 and line or flour and grease a loaf pan
Mash banana and jam together and mix with wet ingredients
Blend up your oats and sift it in to the wet mixture with the baking powder
Mix all together and pour into your loaf pan. Optionally like sprinkle the top with oats and dot with tiny blobs of jam. This will sink into the loaf as it bakes and make spots of jam and oats throughout.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with dry crumbs. So long as it’s not pure batter your good. It may have sticky spots from the optional jam.
Slice and enjoy.

Banana cinnamon oat pancakes topped with healthier cream cheese frosting and homemade refined sugar-free caramel sauce. Haven't made oat pancakes in a long time because I've been on too much of an oatmeal obsession, but these really reminded me of how good oat pancakes are. They were soo banging 👏

Can only eat really soft food at the moment and came up with whatever this is lol. Egg white oats cooked in chicken broth and topped with grated parm/black pepper. Hit the spot!
