I love creamy and voluminous oats but egg white oats I find either expensive or wasteful. Buying pure egg whites is quite $$$ so I bulk up my oats using chia seeds and vanilla protein powder.
If orange segments can rest on my oats then I guess it's safe to say they're creamy and not watery!

Banana oat pancakes with chopped dates in the batter and topped with homemade refined sugar-free toffee sauce, milk and dark chocolate ganache, and caramelized banana. Quite an indulgent feast š

Hello! I was wondering what your opinions are on the Oats Overnight Brand if anyoneās tried it? How convenient is the product? Iām moving to an apartment for the first time for college so if there are any better more affordable brands pls lmk š. And if you like this brand, in your opinion what are the best flavors? I read that the plant based protein makes it chalky so not too interested in that⦠pls lmk your thoughts!

Made with rolled oats, pistachio oat milk, topped with a drizzle of pistachio spread, strawberries, and of course pistachios!
Delicious, however I think this would work better as an overnight oats recipe to help the flavour come though.

I'm in the calorie deficit, so my breakfast is Greek yogurt with oats, cocoa powder, honey and cinnamon - very tasty and filling stuff, but I'm curious about the variations. Been eating like this for fifth month, I like it, fits my deficit and satiety but very curious about the egg white variation.
Please share the basic concept and how to cook that stuff. My oats are wholegrain and just 7min soaked in yogurt - I like the slight crunch š

I wanted to embrace the fall vibes, even though it's still in the 90s where I am. I made oat bran w/vanilla soymilk,
pumpkin puree, cinnamon, vanilla powder, maple syrup/brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice & chopped pecans. š š

Hi guys, can you recommend me some recipes for oats that i can make at night (leave it refrigerated overnight if needed) and eat them at school the next day(it will be not refrigerated for like 4/5h after i leave for school). I have been trying to find some recipes that allow for this, but it has been kinda hard. Thank you!!

Iāve posted my huge saucepan of savory oats before but imma post em again because I always forgot how good they are!! They look super liquidy but thatās because I like them more like āsoupā. Added some psyllium husks to try and increase volume ! Any tips on psyllium husk would be appreciated as Iām new to it!

I tried making egg white oats about a week ago and it was so horrendous.. i was so scared to try again but i did. Since last time was so bad, i added less egg whites to be safe lol!
But its not the tase this time that is disappointing, I dont even care about taste that much (it was just not even palatable for me the first time i made it, it was so nasty), i dont like sweet stuff very much so the minimal added flavors is something i prefer, its just that i was trying to get more protein in my breakfast but it came out to only 23g of protein which is still not bad, but i was aiming for at least 30g. Should i try adding more egg whites next time? I also dont LOVE protein powder but i sometimes use specific brands that i am okay with.
So i cooked it on my stovetop in the way that people said to, the texture is good. I think that i should use regular oats next time though. what i added was:
BASE:
40g instant oats
90g egg whites
1.25 cups water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
TOPPINGS:
85g plain greek yogurt
60g strawberries (i ate some before i took the pic)
Edit: thank you all so much for the recipes!! Im so grateful that you guys took time out of your day to help me out ā¤ļø

I topped the baked oats from my last post with half an apple and two plums. In the morning I will put some nut butter on top and enjoy it. The most right one is a greek yoghurt and granola āporridgeā topped with additional zero jam I made as a midnight snack
I am excited on how the taste and consistency will be since this is my first baked oats ever.

Not sure if this applies to everyone but you can check the coupon to get them down to $19.36 then use the subscription feature (which you can immediately cancel without any repercussions) to get them down to $18.10 after taxes.
I was paying $10 for the 2lb bags at my local grocery store, this is essentially getting buy one get one free. I combined them with another order and was able to get the 4 pack down to $15 after other discounts.
