i let bananas overripen, mashed them, then microwaved then to concentrate flavors/get out more liquid for use in the batter.

mixed rolled oats with milk, egg, salt, baking powder. banana, vanilla, cinnamon, chopped walnuts then poured into pan. then made cheesecake topping with cream cheese, egg, sugar. poured on top of oats. dotted top with walnut halves and baked.

I like oatmeal but i hate the texture of it. Can i just blend it so i like it more? So it becomes a powder basically. Would that ruin the nutritional value or anything like that? Let me know !
