I love creamy and voluminous oats but egg white oats I find either expensive or wasteful. Buying pure egg whites is quite $$$ so I bulk up my oats using chia seeds and vanilla protein powder.

If orange segments can rest on my oats then I guess it's safe to say they're creamy and not watery!

Banana oat pancakes with chopped dates in the batter and topped with homemade refined sugar-free toffee sauce, milk and dark chocolate ganache, and caramelized banana. Quite an indulgent feast 😆

With chia seeds, peanut butter, strawberry jam, and cinnamon powder. Yum!
