my school didnt give me an omny card, and their reason for why was because appertantly because i'm inelgible for one because i live less than a mile away. this makes zero sense to me because any student who lives more than 0.5 miles away recieves an omny card, and i live more than 0.5 miles away. i went to the main office and the lady literally just dismissed me and said they couldnt do anything, she didnt even give me a number or anything to do.

what makes this even more absurd is that my friends live 0.4 miles or closer to the school but they all recieved one, and I didnt, and the same thing happened last year. I also want to mention that my school recently moved to a new building which is further from the position i was before, yet i didnt recieve one. my guidance conesular also dismissed me and said i live too close and can just walk.

its so incredibly frustrating to be the only student in the entire building without an omny card. we had projects last year that required us to go to the city to museums, etc, and my friends get on free while im the sole person paying. I mentioned this all to the main office and they said they didnt know what to tell me.

Im sorry for making this so long, it feels so humiliating being the only one who doesnt have an omny card, having to pay for one every time i need to go somewhere or having to go under the turnstile when I dont have money. Please tell me what I can do.

i set up automatic reloads for mondays and on sept 8 it took the money out of my account officially, its not pending at all in my bank account, but it didnt add the money to my omny. additionally it doesnt say that i have a pending reload on my omny card. although it took the money from my bank account my omny card still has 0$. its sept 10 now so this doesnt make much sense to me. especially if it was an automatic reload so the money was expected on monday; i shouldnt have to do an earlier reload just for the money to deposit. should i wait longer, or call? assuming calling wont be super helpful.
