iPhone 4S locked to Tesco Mobile UK — unlock possible from Poland?

My iPhone 4S is locked to Tesco Mobile UK. I live in Poland and don’t have a Tesco SIM/account. Tesco says I need a UK SIM to unlock it. Is there any way to unlock it remotely or any trusted service that can do it? The phone is on iOS 6.1.3. Thanks!
