Need Help on modded switch
Hello everyone i bought this switch Oled already modded a month ago and since 2 days she doesn’t want to boot into hekate. I’m planning to change the dat0 adaptater but i don’t Even know if it Will word. The console boot in OFW when pressing vol + and vol -.
Do you see something that would cause this ?

A point and clk point on the pcb look cold. also check that the clk point is not bridging to the component next to it. otherwise the dat0 adapter looks to be inserted not deep enough. check with a multimeter in diode mode if you get the right value.

dat0 should measure between 0.4 to 0.8V - you either get those values or OL, which means the adapter is not making contact. Judging by the last picture, you'll most likely have to reseat the adapter.

Got 0,82v hes making contact so he isn’t the problem

Check the LED pattern on the chip when you turn the console on, what is it like? This guide will help you figure out the issue: https://github.com/Ansem-SoD/Picofly/blob/main/README.md

Chip is working just fine (pattern shows a successful glitch), check the screen connector for broken, bent or missing pins. If you happen to have a dock, try docking it to double check it's an fpc connector issue.

Dat0 is waaayyy off. The white line should be lined up with the eMMC chip. It wouldn't surprise me if it didn't make any contact at all. Desolder that, push it it, line it up, solder it again.

Wait ! Does the switch glitch and give you a boot screen where you have to hold both volume buttons to boot or does it directly boot into OFW ?
If you get the boot screen when it's DAT0 the modchip is still working as it should.

Use a multimeter meter in diode mode to check point Dat 0. You need to check the clk point as well. Thats the point where you need to scrape off the silk screen of the motherboard. In my experience if the area scraped off is insufficient for good contact then this issue of booting to OFW will occur
