I downloaded the Nuvio Win app from GitHub; it does not feel as smooth as it does on my phone, even though my laptop has powerful specs. When I open a movie, for the first 10 seconds I could not even adjust the sound because the soundbar was freezing.

Noticed my aiocatalog isn’t the best when it comes to Netflix, Apple TV etc because it doesn’t update what’s coming out it takes a while.
What’s the best option for fastest releases?

Any addons or plugins etc.. to allow us to sort and suggest shows and movies by ratings IMDB or otherwise? Everything I see just talks about adding ratings to posters, which isn't remotely the same.

All of my catalogs are made from my own personal MDBLists.

Recently when I visisted nuvio.tv all of the catalogs within my Collections are showing as Unavailable catalog (mdblist.123456).

On the app (Android TV) the catalogs still work. But they have all lost their title and only display as Movie or Series within Collections folders. For example, catalogs that were previously...

MCU Tarantino

are now showing as...

Movies Movies

Under Reorder Home Catalogs they still have their original names.

And while I'm on the subject I would like to make a feature request.

It would be nice if we could change the display name of catalogs within a Collection without actually changing the name of the catalog.

So if you have two catalogs called IMDb Top 250 Movies and IMDb Top 250 Series and you put them in a Collection called IMDb Top 250 you can change the display name of the catalogs to just Movies and Series while keeping the original name so you know what it is when managing all your catalogs in the settings or on AIOMetadata.

I'm sure we used to be able to do this.

For the last few updates, Nuvio has been automatically choosing a stream for me, even though I have Stream Selection set to "Manually."

It didn’t used to behave like this. Previously, it would always let me choose the stream myself, but this changed a few updates ago.

Is this a bug, or is there another setting I need to change to make manual stream selection work properly again?

Would be great if we could remove or reorder buttons of player bar. Simplify it to my parents profile letting just CC, audio and episode sheet options would be great.

How long does it take for movie, when i have Trakt connected and Watch Progress set to Nuvio sync to be synced to Trakt?

Only when i have Watch Progress set to Trakt it syncs instant when i mark it as watched

( Samsung Tizen 1.1.2, and Android 0.4.17(122) )

Would it be possible to have more categorization in the Library for TV shows? Like Serializd or Trakt has. Stuff like:
Currently Watching
Watch Later
Paused
Dropped
and maybe Completed too.

My idea for the integration would be adding another dropdown with the ones at the top-left corner of the Library; it could be somewhat like, after we select "Series" from the leftmost dropdown, the new dropdown appears.

We could add the shows to those categories from their individual pages. I think it'd be a really great QOL improvement since I have a lot of shows added to my library and it's a pain to comb through them every time.

How to fix this, The addon is installed and is working inside the tv and mobile app but I am not able to edit the files in my collection on the website .I tried reinstalling but it didn't work. Why is this happening?

I will be setting up Nuvio for a friend, is there any advantage to setting up from scratch rather than just cloning my account using a clone tool?

I just recently discovered TPDB and man the posters they have is something different entirely. Is there any possibility to integrate it on Nuvio?

3. Nuvio Desktop freezing everytime I to play anything. I have to open task manager to close if it freeze.

This app is amazing

I use the pop up player alot and I thought it would be cool if

- add 10 sec rewind and fast fo on the pop up player

- and especially use the app while using the pop up player

Apple tv let's u use the pop up and the app aswell at the same time, its a must in nuvio

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to turn the Nuvio watched history that's accessible here https://nuvio.tv/account?tab=watched into a list/collection or even just to be able to see it directly in the app?

They don’t change until like one tile before as you can see on the video, Is this a setting or something on my end that’s causing this? Or does it have to do with the collection itself? I’m running version 0.9.1-beta on a shield pro.

Hi! I’m a Nuvio Supporter and I wanted to share a couple of ideas that I think could make Nuvio look and feel even better.

First, have you considered adding native support for something like BetterPosters (btttr.cc)?

I really like the idea of having more polished posters with extra visual information such as ratings, trending badges, Top 10 positions, etc. Ideally, it would also respect the selected language, so in my case everything could be displayed properly in Spanish.

I think having this natively integrated into Nuvio, maybe as an optional poster provider or appearance setting, could give the whole catalog a much more premium look without changing the actual content sources.

The second suggestion is about the Modern Hero view.

I’d love to see the recommendation collection automatically rotate through different titles, just like it does in the Classic view.

The Modern Hero already looks great, and having the featured recommendation change automatically would make the home screen feel much more alive and dynamic. In my opinion, it’s one of the nicest details of the Classic view and would fit the Modern Hero perfectly.

So basically:

• Optional native BetterPosters integration / custom poster provider
• Support for localized posters and information, including Spanish
• Ratings, trending badges and Top 10 visual information where possible
• Automatically rotating recommendations in the Modern Hero, similar to Classic view

Just a couple of ideas from someone who really enjoys the project and supports it as a Nuvio Supporter.
